Review: I placed an order for business cards with this company on Feb. 2 2014. Now I can't access the website to see my order history to see if my order is being processed. They billed my debit card but now it seems no can access this website for some reason. Seems like something suspicious is going on there.Desired Settlement: if they won't allow me to keep in touch with my account I'll need to be refunded as dissolve my bank information on this account. I was billed $15.90. but the problem is I don't know if they have access to my debit card info.

Review: I previously ordered business cards from this company and I was happy with them; the colors printed very close to the pdf proof they provided me with. So I was very surprised that, when I reordered these same cards, the colors were entirely too dark. What was supposed to print as a darker blue was completely black. I ordered these cards by visiting my order history on their website and clicking reorder - they should have printed in very similar colors to my previous order. I understand that mistakes sometimes happen, so I called the customer service number, told them what happened and asked for a refund. They were very polite and asked me to email them a picture of the card with a message explaining what was wrong. I took a picture of the new black card next to the previous blue one so they could better see what I was talking about. I was very surprised to receive an email reply stating that the black card matched my blue proof and they would not issue me a refund or even offer me a different solution such as a reprint or store credit. Their website claims to offer a money-back guarantee for all their products and, given that this was a reorder of a previously acceptable product, I feel that I should be issued a refund.Desired Settlement: $19.96, the price I paid for 500 business cards, minus the shipping and handling cost.
