Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/04/22) */ [redacted] joined a competing company and then posted in our personal company groups bashing the company, admin directly and then proceeded to use our company groups along with a few of her fellow recruits to spam the group and collect affiliates from our business to join hersThis is a direct violation of business terms and ethics in general She was notified she was removed an affiliate for soliciting in our company groupsWe had many emails appealed at the poor business ethics used on [redacted] part As no longer being an affiliate of the company, she is no longer privileged to an affiliate discount [redacted] was contacted advising that payment for the remaining amount must be Made if would still like her order shipped otherwise we would need to cancel the order [redacted] can make the additional payment or we can cancel and refund payment Just as any employee discount works, you cannot receive a discount after termination [redacted] attempted to publicly defame the character of a volunteer admin publiclyAlong with recruiting direct to our affiliatesOur support in regards to anything emailed to us has been handled professionally

I am rejecting this response because:
I withdrew complaint from paypal and only did that when I was ignored by BuskinsComplaint from PayPal was withdrawn anticipating $fee being returned due to the incorrect statement from your CEO

I am rejecting this response because: This has already been addressedI gave the stupid leggings to the Goodwill because I am not paying return shipping on something that only cost me $to begin withBy the time the transaction is over with I will still be out moneyOn top of that the issue was that every time I attempted to contact the company they did not respond and it was within the day timeframe as I have proof via emailsI don't have time to play games with companies that are ridiculousI will never shop from them again

After I was assured several times the refund would not be an issue by several buskins email address, again no valid phone number, I was advised it would be refunded in a timely matter, regardless of an affiliates package or notOnce I was "assured" by CEO it would be refunded NO LATER then friday, come Friday it was not refunded until late afternoon causing my account to go below its set amount, because of the promise from the company I trustedI expect the reimbursement of my banks $overdraft charge. I can accept this via paypal (***) and will transfer to my bank myself or via check ** *** *** *** ** ***. Thank you in advance for settling quickly so I can remove complaints. *** ***

This customer, *** ***'s Refund was completed on 11/15/for her Order #We have responded back to her first email on 10/22/She was credited into her Store E-Wallet on 11/15/and she has used her credit on 11/17/for her Order #24746. Sorry for the delay, we are

I finally received the refund after they again lied about PayPal only holding a charge and not really taking it from my account. Even after I sent copies of my account showing both charges they still said I wasn't charged twice, unbelievable. Thank you for your help. ***

check out the order contents and the go over each item, to see if any defect was missedWe have a team of quality control specialist who go over each item and inspect every seam, pattern and detail of the legging before shipping the orderWe send our leggings out in new condition and ask if the customer is not satisfied or has a defective product to return the item in the new condition it was receivedOnce the product has been worn, washed and the tag has been removed the product is now considered non returnable
