I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The dealership made the $1400 tax mistake and it should be taken care of by the dealership.  Further, their errors and oversight have cost me $2000-$2500 in lost income.  Making one payment of $491 for the month of December is appreciated, but only a fraction of my losses.  I have told the dealership that they should take care of at least a few payments to make this right for the enormous headache they have caused and the detriment to my income especially at Christmas time.Warmest Regards,
