I placed an order back in July, took my money, sent a bogus shipping confirmation in August, and now contact email doesn't work. Will be filing with the BBB and my bank for fraud.

Sent them an email on March 22nd, 2018 asking for an update, received email response on March 28th:

The items you ordered are on their way to you. Thanks for shopping with us. See you soon!

Sent another email on April 18th, asking for update on delivery, shipping or tracking information, still no response.

Same story with me as well! Placed order with Butcher and Baker for their custom apron option. This was placed the last week of December. It's now April, no responses to emails and phone # is not accepting calls.
