I recently placed an order for an apron, for my sons birthday (2+ weeks ago) and was sent a message that I would receive a follow-up email regarding my purchase, which I have not received. I can not find a working number or address for this website, butcher and baker. I sent an email and have not received any communication. I believeI I have also been fraudulently charged by a fake business.

According to our records we shipped is order to him but on USPS website it says it’s not found when we type in the tracking number assigned to him: [redacted]. Therefore, we sent him his item, however USPS just lost it. We tried contacting USPS but they no longer can do anything due to it being almost a year old.  Please let me know if you any more information.

I ordered 2 aprons 12/30. Got a confirmation # with email, of course the phone number is disconnected and I have yet to receive any return email in reference to my order. I guess I can kiss my $ and aprons goodbye. I am truly sorry that I didn't check this page first damn damn damn.

See all above reviews. My story is, to a T, exactly the same. Ordered 3 aprons, never received any. Got a shipment notice, never arrived. Corey emailed and apologized profusely, still has not been resolved. Fk these criminals.

Ordered an apron , got an email from USPS on 12/22/17 saying they were awaiting the item, and a pre shipping label had been created. It is now 2/5/18 I have left several e - mails with no responses. Phone is disconnected, and now the website has no contact info of any kind. I will be sending a mailed request to their registered business address for a full refund, and if no response I will take the next step. This is a matter of principle, and business ethics.

I have been dealing with them since June 2017 when I placed my order. First the production time was 6 weeks and from that it kept increasing they took forever to answer to emails and then eventually they stopped. Finally after continuing to email and call and tried messaging their fb page. The owner Corey sent me his number which is now disconnected, to tell me they have been busy opening up a new place and their system made some errors so some people were getting double of what they ordered while others were getting nothing but being marked that they did. He said they would ship out within the next week after talking to him but then it was back to not getting a hold of him again and till this day I have yet to hear back or get a hold of someone. Still waiting to receive my product! I ordered their leather knife roll bag. Very upset. They have been updating their website but I guess answering emails or calls is too much work so I don’t know what to do.

No response to emails. Phone for Butcher and Baker is disconnected. Item ordered 9/28/17. Received an email in late Oct saying they lost some orders while expanding production facilities and would correct. Nothing has been solved. Filed a Revdex.com complaint and contacted my credit card company.

I placed an order with Butcher and Baker for a custom apron on 8/10/17. I received a confirmation email from both the company and PayPal on the day I placed the order. I have not had any communication with them since that time and have tried repeatedly to call the number on their website as well as a second # I located. No voicemail available on the first # and I left a message on the second # today. I have also tried email with the only response being that I have updated my subscription to their newsletter! If I do not receive an answer within a couple days, I will be contacting my credit card company to place the purchase in dispute. Maybe they can get answers!

Review: An order was placed on March 27th 2014 for several items. We have received all but one, a chef coat. Our credit card was charged for the total order back in March. There have been dozens of calls made to the company at all different times of the day in hopes to speak to someone about the issue. There is never an answer, not even a voicemail service. We have also tried emailing the company as well but still no response.

The order number is [redacted].Desired Settlement: A phone call explaining what is happening, the chef coat sent ASAP, or a credit card refund ASAP.

Did you ever get resolution for this dispute? I have a similar issue with the company.
