To whom this may concern, I was actually surprised that this complaint was actually filed by Mr [redacted] I did speak with Mr [redacted] and explained to him that I was sorry and that the meat might have been to tenderized with a Natural TenderizerI did call Mr [redacted] back to come out and there was no answer, I did leave a message and he called me backWe made a new time and I gave the new product to the sales rep that actually sold him the meat in the beginning, it was my understanding that Josh did take the product and exchange it for himI did just call Mr [redacted] twice today also leaving my cell phone number so that if I am not at the office he can still reach meI will definitely get this taken care of and I will be having a sit down with the sales rep as well; as I do not want anyone representing my business that is not honestI am not making excuses but I do truly apologize for any misunderstanding on my behalfAs soon as I hear from Mr [redacted] I will have someone else take a fresh Dry(No tenderizer added) case of Beef to Mr [redacted] as early as tomorrow Thursday 3rdAgain, I do apologize to Mr [redacted] and would like the opportunity to make this right for him [redacted] ***

12px;">*** in the beginningWhen Mrs*** first called, she told me she bought five packages of meat from two guys and they had not received anything since their purchase on December 22nd I told her that this was an very important matter and I found out the guys were *** *** and *** ***, which are representatives of my company, I explained that I would contact them immediately and call her right backAfter talking with *** *** he explained that he had given all the product except for the seafood, which we had just ran out of because of the holiday's; we just got the seafood in as of today Tuesday 6th 2015, and I have Bill of Ladings for proofI told Mr*** to call the customer back (yesterday) to make arrangements on bringing the seafood to them.
When I called back and spoke to Mrs***, I let her know Mr*** gave you all packages and you were just waiting on the seafood, then apparently her husband spoke up and told her they got the other foodBy this time *** *** was speaking to the husband on one line as I was speaking to the wife.
Mrs. *** then started talking about getting overcharged, she stated to me they where suppose to get cases at wholesale pricePrices at wholesale prices are: Steak $299.99, Pork $229.99,Chicken $and Seafood $Mr and Mrs*** purchased cases of Steak ($599.98), Chicken ($199.99), Pork ($229.99), and Seafood ($289.99), which is a Grand Total of $1319.95, the Customer only paid 1097.63; Mr and Mrs *** actually bought the product for $Under the wholesale priceI honestly do not know why Mrs*** got so angry, I did not provoke her in anywayShe started yelling at me then she told me this is Bull*** and hung up on meI did try to call her back and figure out just what happen and she told me never call again and hung the phone back upI called *** *** to figure out what was going on, he WAS SHOCKED, considering he just got off the phone with her husband whom was HAPPY with Every thing, was not disputing the price, who was the one who actually made the purchase while the wife was outside.
I am terribly sorry that she is unhappy but still not sure why, as her husband is fine with every thingAs Mr*** told her husband, he will be bringing him the seafood as owedAgain, sorry it took and an extra week to get the seafood there, but the Holidays slowed every thing down and we never stock up on seafood as it keeps the product fresher*** ** ***

Still not sure what to make of this A guy in a pitruck with the company logo just randomly showed up in our driveway this afternoon He was friendly enough He had a large freezer in the back of his truck and said that with the rain on Saturday, they had a lot of meet to sell We live on a busy road and I'm not sure why we were picked out as a possible customer The meat looked good and was frozen nicely I don't know why we bought it, but we did Then I worry about buying frozen meat out of the back of a pitruck He said his wife was in the truck and she was knitting Just was a strange situation You, of course, want to trust people, but then hate to be made a fool too We haven't cooked anything yet and we did get a brochure for the business I'm glad to see it was on the Revdex.com website I feel a little better now, but wish there were more reviews

This message is regarding a complaint submitted from *** ***Ms*** purchased product from us, she did call and say there was Beef Strips that needed replaced due to the tatsteHowever, she also stated that she liked every thing else;
the steaks and the seafoodNot one time did she ever say anything about the price until nowAbout the customer service, we did set up a time to be thereThe sales Representative, *** *** Srdid in fact go all the way to the customers house and the customer was not home*** *** Sralso called the customer a couple of times and did leave messages*** *** Srstayed in the area, stopping by later that evening leaving a flyer with his name and number for Verification that we did show up; the customer did state that she received a paper.
We have no problem with our guarantee, "If the customer is not happy we will exchange the product for you", but the customer must be home or be available to switch the product outWe can try one more time to exchange the product at the customers residence, however, if for any reason Ms*** is not home, she will have to drive to our office/warehouse at our Fairfield location.

To whom this may concern,I just spoke with [redacted] for the first time today, We discussed what was going on. I asked her if she had ever called the Office and stated she had only contacted the sales person on his cell phone. [redacted] stated that she has enjoyed the meat that she...

has received, as well as her husband, that there was just a couple of items that have Marinade on such as Lemon Pepper chicken and Salmon with Teriyakisauce. I told her that if she would have called the office, I could have sent my Customer Service Manager to her home for the switch out. I let [redacted] know that we would be at her too switch out the couple items not wanted on Friday 26th or Monday 29th, which ever time is better for her. She did agree and explained that everything was good and she would reorder again.
