each out of 3 boxes there are 2 full boxes and she Laid out the Burgers to eat today(8-14-14) which I don't understand; considering she was asking for money back and Still Eating the Product; Even Today eating More. 
We will be arriving at her house today at 3 PM , she also stated to me that she would be contacting you (the Revdex.com) and removing this complaint.

I explained that there would be no problem giving her a refund, [redacted] will be bringing the product back to the office and the full amount would be credited back to her EBT card. [redacted] did say she would contact the Revdex.com after the transactions were complete and explain that she was satisfied with the company, I did let her know that I was going to be having a meeting with [redacted] about Customer Service.

This matter is being taken care of. There was some confusion due to the Thanksgiving and the days the we were opened. We have talked to the customer and was going to go to her house on Tuesday about 6 , that time did not work for her because her son...

had a doctors appointment. We are going to the customers residence today to exchange the product.

I ([redacted]) have tried to call this customer back regarding the "Free" seafood package, before I received this 2nd notification with no answer or response. Now that I know [redacted] never dropped the seafood package to these customers, I will gladly have the seafood package delivered to the customers at their convenience. About the charge and price, not sure why the price is being brought up as the customers signed their receipt, which they sent in to the Revdex.com. As you can see, the price is clearly stated on the Credit card slip. Also, [redacted] is no longer with this company, I did let him go for other reasons, so it will not be Noah delivering the package of meat. 
Please have the customer contact our office to set up a delivery time for their Free package of Seafood. I am in the office Monday-Friday 9:30 AM - Noon / 7:30 PM- 10 PM.
I look forward to making this transaction complete. I also apologize for the actions of [redacted], with not bring the package of Seafood back. However, like I said above, he is No Longer with my comapny.

asked if she could call me back to let me know what she had left, she replied that she was going out of town and that I needed to call her back on Monday, when I called back, I did not receive any answer. [redacted] never did call me to let me know what she had left to exchange or what I needed to exchange. At this point, [redacted] will need to bring what she has left to my warehouse, the product must still look fresh and not like it had been thawed and re-frozen when she arrives for an exchange.
I am in the warehouse Monday - Friday between 10 AM - 1 PM, I look forward to exchanging this product so that she is happy.

I did speak with [redacted] about her problem on a few different occasions. To satisfy the customer for any miscommunication that may have occurred, I did refund Ms. [redacted] the $164.00 that she had requested. I also had someone other than the original person...

drive 2 hrs away to Ms. [redacted] to exchange any items that she was not 100% satisfied with. I personally kept in contact with the driver while driving to Lima, Ohio, and then spoke too Ms. [redacted] while the driver was their with her to make sure every thing was good and to let her know the refund has been processed. I did email her a receipt of this refund transaction.

a person that use to work there sold us somerefrozen meat that was bad his name was [redacted]-we got ahold of the company and [redacted] and [redacted] came out and replaced all the bad meat and gave us a great deal, they were very nice and friendly and the meat looked very nice and was vacumed packed I would buy again from them any time. [redacted] and and [redacted]
