Our customer, [redacted], placed his order on August 26, 2015, for Cherimoya and Mangostene. The Cherimoya from Columbia had fruit flies were found by the USDA and the shipment was returned. The California season for Cherimoya starts in December...

and January. The Mangostene also had fruit flies in, the shipment was retuned.

My husband works for a reputable casino as a food buyer and purchases a lot of fresh fruit. When he placed this order both items where in season. I sent the company proof of this, but got no response. yesterday I checked the online purchase conformation and found a very threatening comment that was just put there within the last few days. I will attach this conformation below:

This is very disturbing to me that a business can be so unprofessional. If they were having an issue with their fruit, then why did they not tell me this when I called them?? This company has done nothing but lie and threaten me. I just want all my money back. I will send a copy of the receipt and a copy of the fresh fruit report to show that these items were in stock when we purchased them. Let me know if you would like these documents.
