Review: I purchased a Bosch refrigerator January **, 2010 and also purchased the buyers protection plan. Around November **, 2011, we contacted them in regards to having someone look at the refrigerator for temp control. At that time they said, we were not registered, we disagreed. They said that they would register it at that time but we would have to wait 1 year from that date for it to be activated, that would be on Nov. **, 2012. On July **, my husband called, (ref leaking water inside), left a message. No call back, also sent an e-mail on the July **, no response. I called again on July **, no answer. On Friday the [redacted], Bosch sent a tech out to take care of the problem, they paid for the diagnostic and we paid for the repair. I am very unhappy with BPG Service for not returning my call or answering my e-mail. I am requesting they refund the $99 for the protection plan. Thank you,
Review: We have appliance service contract on 4 different appliances with this company and they have not responded to our requests for service.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded for the amount paid for the service contracts as well as the amount paid for repair on 2 of the appliances where service was requested but never performed by the company as we had to contact a local service repair company after several weeks of waiting. Waiting on 1 more invoice for repair and am estimating that the total request is under $1000.00
I paid for a 5 year extension to the warranty for 5 appliances from this company, and now it is out of business and I can't even contact the company. I need some repair to a whirlpool washing machine. I bought it from a company called HomeEverything that went out of business. I think HomeEverything was the front for BPG. I have gotten 5 years out of the appliances but would have saved $500 for non existant company. I won't make this mistake again.
