Review: Purchased a 5 year extended warranty on a new Samsung refrigerator. Company failed to provide repairs after dozens of attempts to contact them. Filed complaint with the Maryland Attorney Generals office who intervened but was also ultimately ignored by this company. This company has unethical business practices. They take your money but do not honor the service agreement. This is a breach of contract and I will be seeking a lawsuit against these folks in hopes of shutting them down completely. They should be charged with theft and imprisoned for out right stealing. They promised to repair the refrigerator but then failed to do so.They then promised to refund me the cost of the extended warranty and then failed to do so. This company needs to be shut down before other consumers are ripped off.Desired Settlement: My lawsuit will ask for a Total refund along with damages incurred. In addition I am seeking reimbursement for time and monies spent tryng to resolve this issue. All legal costs will also be expected as part of the remediation. I am also seeking an injunction for this company to cease and desist in all business practices.

Review: We have appliance service contract on 4 different appliances with this company and they have not responded to our requests for service.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded for the amount paid for the service contracts as well as the amount paid for repair on 2 of the appliances where service was requested but never performed by the company as we had to contact a local service repair company after several weeks of waiting. Waiting on 1 more invoice for repair and am estimating that the total request is under $1000.00

I paid for a 5 year extension to the warranty for 5 appliances from this company, and now it is out of business and I can't even contact the company. I need some repair to a whirlpool washing machine. I bought it from a company called HomeEverything that went out of business. I think HomeEverything was the front for BPG. I have gotten 5 years out of the appliances but would have saved $500 for non existant company. I won't make this mistake again.
