This person was never a customer to our company.  I use a professional flyer service to deliver all of my marketing materials and they have a strict policy of NEVER leaving flyers on homes with a no soliciting sign.  I called that company this morning and they verified that they skip...

over homes where a sign is available.  I have attached a picture of the front of his property.  You can see that his property has 3 entry doors in the front of his house.  It could very well be that he had a sign on one of the doors in his carport, but the flyer service ONLY uses front doors.

In Mr. [redacted]s complaint he stated that this was the 3rd time that we had left something at his door. However, this was the first and only time that we went to his property. We understand that there are many people in our industry who send letters, flyers, and / or door hangers, but this was the first...

time that we visited his property. Mr. [redacted] notified our office regarding this complaint prior to filing a complaint with the Revdex.com. We notified him (the day of his complaint) that we would add him to a list in our office of properties that we will not visit or contact again. But apparently he still felt the need to file a complaint with the Revdex.com. Beyond our office notifying him that we will never be back to his property, I'm not sure what else he would be looking for. But again, this was the first and only time that anybody from our office went to his property.

First, you need to know, the house I sold to Buying Arizona Homes was a house that I had gutted and was in the process of renovating. The renovation was very much incomplete and I still needed to invest several thousand dollars to finish the project. I was not a distressed home owner, as I had no problem affording the renovation, nor did I need to sell the house for financial reasons.

I was contacted by Kyle as a "cold call" which I viewed with suspicion, thinking the offer must have hidden strings. I met with them only with the intent of trying to find out how they were trying to take advantage of me.

When I was offered what I viewed as a "fair" selling price, I told Kyle, that I had a real estate attorney that would review the sale contract. My attorney reviewed the contract and made several substantive changes, intended to completely protect my interests in the deal. Kyle immediately accepted all of the contract modifications that my attorney recommended.

To my great surprise, within three business days the deal closed, no fees, no outrageous real estate commissions. My only regret is that I wish I had been "cold called" by Buying AZ Homes, a couple of years earlier.

I have received no special consideration or encouragement to submit this review. I'm only submitting this review because I'm very impressed and surprised by how easy it was work with Kyle and Buying AZ Homes. While I firmly believe there may be companies out there that take unfair advantage of distressed home sellers, I don't believe Buying AZ Homes fits into that category. My experience was positive on every level

June 17, 2016 Attention Revdex.com Complaint No. [redacted] Regarding: Solicitation by Buying AZ Homes   This letter is justification for the complaint submitted to the Revdex.com (Revdex.com) regarding the unsolicited door hanger placed on my residence when a no solicitation sign was posted in a conscious location next to the main entrance on or about May 27, 2016. When the door hanger was received, a voice mail was sent to the business stating that the solicitation was unwelcomed especially in the presence of the no solicitation sign. The business which was advertised on the door hanger made no attempt to retrieve the door hanger and continued to deny that one was provided since the company used, per the business being advertised, does not distribute to houses with no solicitation signs. In light of receive the door hanger, and after a careful review and acknowledgement the company verified itself as complying with Revdex.com, a complaint was filed since the advertisement was not requested and specifically unwanted as a cold call.   Regards,   [redacted]

We needed to move so my handicapped husband could live in a more handicapped accessible

It would be difficult for us to have potential buyers wanting to see the house with no one home.

I decided an investor would be a better idea. People warned us that we would get took on the

price offered.

We took into consideration the ease of a sale and the costs that we would incur with a regular sale

And estimated decided to give investors a try.

We checked out the investors on Revdex.com and made our list from the Revdex.com reports.

Kyle had fliers on the front door of my home. As I drove the neighborhood I noticed that the fliers

were only on selected homes. I knew than that he was serious in the type of homes he wanted to invest in.

When we met him he was open and honest in his words. When we asked questions he answered them quickly and did not beat around the bush with answers. We knew exactly where he stood on what he would do.

Everything he said he would do he did in a very timely manner. We have a time line that we must deal with and Kyle honored that which we greatly appreciate.

His offer was, in our minds, very fair and much more than other investors offered.

I have recommended him to others and even have flyers so I can pass them out to people who are looking into this type of sale.

Loved working with this company. Absolutely no muss, no fuss. What they offered is what they paid. No inspection, no games. They even allowed us to stay, rent free, for an extra month so we could pack and find the "right" home to move to. Additionally, they offered to extend our stay if we needed. We would highly recommend this company to anyone considering selling their home with ease.

Kyle and Andrew made the entire process as easy as possible. They allowed me to stay in the home until I found another home and accommodated all my needs throughout the process. We had social circumstances arise, and they did everything possible to ease the stress throughout the process moving forward. I would recommend doing business with them hands down. Doing business with this company was great! They were honest and reasonable about everything.I asked for additional time to get out of the property I sold to them and they said yes without question. I contacted Kyle with Buying AZ Homes to see what they would offer on a second home I owned. I had previously contacted another company who gave the run around and offered much less than the home was worth. Buying AZ Homes went and looked at my house and called me within a day to make an offer - I really expected them to low ball me but they didn't - the offer was exactly what I thought the home was worth. We made a deal and since I am out of town they even sent someone to my home to sign the closing documents. This honestly couldn't have been any easier. I highly recommend this company.

Working with Kyle at Buying AZ Homes was a fabulous experience. Kyle was very professional, honest and great to work with. He helped our situation tremendously. Great communication with a smooth and seamless transaction.

Attached is the email correspondence between myself and Karina.  I did not get a response to either of these 2 emails I sent her.
With specific regards to the complaint; I don’t know how he wants it resolved.  His issue was a flyer left at his door with a no solicitation sign posted. I notified him (And Karina) that since opening my doors, I have given very specific instructions to my flyer distribution company that they are not to drop flyers off at any doors with a no solicitation sign. This was done by them and it was a mistake.  I spoke with the owner of the company and he is aware that if this happens again, I will be using a different company. I believe he also fired the person who was delivering flyers in this area.  Again, I’m not sure what Mr. Roth wants me to do - I apologized, I explained the situation being the flyer companies error, and that is really all that I can do.
I have never had a single complaint similar to this, or any for that matter.  We drop nearly 60,000 flyers per month and this is the only time I have heard of a flyer being left at a door with a no solicitation sign.  So we are very aware and respectful of peoples wishes.
Please let me know your thoughts and how we can best proceed.

Pleasure to do business with.

We decided to sell our first home and was pleasantly surprised to meet Kyle and his team. They talked us though everything and made sure all our questions were answered. I shopped around for other companies and Kyle offered me the best price for our home. Turnaround was great and we were able to close in 2 weeks!

Dealing with these guys was one of the most painless and enjoyable processes I have had dealing with the sale of a house. not having the money to go and buy a new house they had a program that allowed me to receive my money then live in the house while I was looking for my new house RENT FREE!! The stress relief of not having to be rushed out they were very flexible on my move out date. I was very pleased that they were able to buy my house at asking price that paid off our loan and put money in our pocket along with a down payment on the new house.

Worth finding out how much they can offer

Seller beware, they started off on a great foot showing up to our home reeking of marijuana. They prey on their "customers" under a time crunch just to low ball them and turn around and sell the house for a $60,000 profit with a thin coat of paint to cover all of the hidden problems of the house they highlighted while on there 5 minute walk through. Business is business it's the nature of the beast to turn a home for a profit but I feel bad for the person who buys my previous home not knowing the underlying issues.

We would like to start off by saying we would highly recommend Kyle and his team to our friends and family. He was professional and personable. The process was so easy and smooth. Kyle made sure he met our needs and made everything so effortless. There's no gimmicks or catches. He's available for any questions or concerns and sees to them if there is. Thank you Kyle for everything!

I cannot sing enough praises about this outfit and Kyle's team!! Selling/buying/moving are supposed to be one of life's top stressful events. Buying AZ Homes made the entire experience completely seamless ... from setting up the timeline, assisting with staging, the open house, COE and finally moving ... all done in < 1 month!!!! The responsiveness, friendly customer orientation and PROFESSIONALISM demonstrated by every single member and at every step of the process was beyond refreshing ... it was truly enjoyable and personal. They have set a new (very high) bar for what a house buying/selling experience should be.

After having our home on the market for 5 months we had Andrew come to evaluate. They made a fair offer and allow us to live in the house until we can move into our new home (about a month). The closing process was very easy. Great staff answered all of our questions quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend Kyle, Andrew and their staff to anyone considering selling their home.
