Bought an Apple iPhone 8, Unlocked, 64GB(Renewed) from BUYspry. It was delivered to my nephew and he didn't send feedback about the product due to the gift factor. It turns it to be a real lemon of a phone. The microphone never worked properly and the power chip eventually failed. Sounds like the phone was never tested or Buysppry doesn't care about its customers. The phone probably had water damage and traded by original owner. Buyspry doesn't as they got their money! 1 is too good. Sold an "unlocked" cell phone that was not unlocked. Chose this company in part for 60 day warranty, but tried for an hour to reach someone to get phone unlocked and no one picked up. When called initially, was given option of dialing an extension, waiting for someone with order number ready or third. When didn't reply, message repeated then, after 3x, it hung up. Reckless and incompetent customer service. Unreliable.

you examine attach1.png, you can see that the TITLE of the
phone I bought on Sept.-was “*** *** Phone 32GB 4G *** ***
UNLOCKED Cell Phone NO Prime”, and the SUBTITLE: “(***)”
The title said very clearly “NO Prime”, so it wasn't the
reason of the change
You can see in this attachment that in that moment your offer hadn't
any reference, nor in the title neither in the subtitle, to ***
So, it's clear that the current subtitle was added
in Sept-or in Oct-(that is, the only two modifications to
the subtitle in the history of the listing)
If you compare with another offers in *** (attach
currentoffers.png), you can see offers with no subtitle (like yours
on Sept-09) stating clearly in the title that are *** unlocked
phonesAnd there is another offer about a really unlocked phone,
more expensive, with no reference, of course, to *** in the

you I asked for the PUK code (the second locking code)*** can't

I bought on eBay the WEAR24 watch and the charger stopped working. Instead of working with me, they use a dirty tactics to refuse a return through eBay. I have to use a package receiver as I cannot be there to get packages at home. They said it wasn't my address and therefore they will honour NOTHING. "All our items carry 30 days Hassle Free return policy" is a lie. This is false advertising and don't expect any service from this company.
