Hello, There are several issues involving this specific purchase1. The buyer has purchase this item using a 3rd party forwarding company. The buyer shipped the item to a USA address which from there a 3rd party company had shipped the item to another country. We cannot support and have no...

control over an item that was not directly received by the buyer. A freight forwarding company is known to damage, steal, and jeopardize merchandise that go through their channel. [redacted] which was the marketplace where the item was purchased also does not cover any purchases that were done using freight forwarding companies. 2. The buyer ordered a USA based device to a foreign company. We cannot gurantee the operation of the device outside of the USA. The item is sold in the USA and is intended and guaranteed to work in the USA. If a buyer decides to purchase an item and use it internationally he or she will have to make sure that the item will support the bands in the country they intended to use the device. The buyer never communicated with us about shipping the item to an international location and we did not have the chance to warn the buyer about possible compatibility issues as the phone was ordered to a USA address. 3. [redacted], the marketplace where the item was purchased marked the buyer as a suspicious buyer and cancelled their account. While we can accept back the item for a refund, the refund will be minus restocking fee if the item will be found as operational in the USA where it was sold and intended to be used. The item will have to be in the same condition and with the same serial number that it was shipped with. We cannot accept any damages or items that were not shipped from us. In addition, since the purchase was made to a USA address we cannot be liable for any international shipping costs and fees that were not involved in the purchase to begin with. We can support a domestic return as this item was ordered domestically. Thank you

Once the [redacted] offer was no longer available from [redacted] we had to change the listing, this does not mean that any information about the unlocking code was changed. If you can provide us a picture that by the time you placed your order there was no coce information on the listing I can try and escalate this case and see how we can help.However, There are still unexplanatory issues. If we ASSUME that your statement is correct, and at the time you made the order there was no explanation on the listing as it is shown now, 1. When the phone has shown you a required code, why didn't you contact us to ask what is the meaning of the code? Why did you keep putting codes without knowing what is the unlock code? You stated you did not know where the unlock code was or what the phone is asking, so why didnt you contact us before doing anything on the phone that can potentially harm the device ?2. If you put a wrong code, the phone states that the code is wrong and tell you how many attempts you have left before the phone will permanently lock it self, why did you ignore the amount of attempts left and kept putting a wrong code when you were not sure what the code is?3. You have first contacted us 4 month after the purchase, why haven't you contact us before if there was an issue with the item ?Putting aside the description of the phone on the listing, which we have explained before that it was accurate and explanatory to the correct phone unlocking number  , any item is eligible for return in the first 30 days.  You have not contacted us to ask about the code the phone required when you were not sure what the code means, you contacted us only 4 month after the purchase and not within a reasonable amount of time.The main issue is not the description of the item, it is the time that passed from when you placed the order to when you contacted us. If you would have contacted us in a reasonable amount of time since the order was placed and if you would have contacted us to ask about the meaning of the code, this situation would have been avoided. Putting aside your issue with the description, why have you not contacted us if you were not sure what is the code message on the phone, and why didn't you contact us in a reasonable amount of time?Please advise

By deliberately inserting a wrong code to the phone while the correct code was always on the box, by not contacting the seller after 2 failed attempts and by ignoring the          message on the phone that it will be permanently locked after the specific amount of attempts, the customer had knowingly damaged the phone.3. I ordered an iPhone 7 Plus from BuySPRY and it was due to be here yesterday, I keep tracking it and the shipping label was created 4 days ago. I keep calling BuySPRY and they WONT answer my calls. If I don't receive my iPhone by tonight, I'm asking for a full refund.

Review: I purchased a phone from www.buyspry.com on November 10 and had it delivered on November 18, 2013. Phone was advertised as brand new and with 1 year warranty. Phone earpiece failed last week and stopped working. I cannot hear anyone anymore when they talk. I contacted www.buyspry.com and they said to contact a manufacturer of the device, ** for service. I told www.buyspry.com that I purchased the phone from them and not ** and that they should help since the phone is only 40 days old. I was told that they can't help. I told ** that if I buy a [redacted] car, I will go to dealership if it fails, I won't ship it back to Japan to which I got no answer. Two days went by and I received an email from ** today that they won't be able to help since I didn't buy a phone from them and I agree with that. www.buyspry.com needs to take ownership of this problem and simply stand behind product they sell. They said they can't help because their return policy is 14 days but this isn't a case since I am not asking to return it nor its about buyer's remorse. I am asking for EXCHANGE due to failed product, not return as www.buyspry.com stated is the reason for refusing to help.
