The motorcycle was operational when it left hereMiss [redacted] rode the motorcycle when went to limp mode she then took the motorcycle to [redacted] of which they determine rodents destroyed the wiring harness of which is not covered by any warranty I am in process of trying to helplessly get this covered by her insurance and also taking care of other problems that have arose with the motorcycleAt this point we have the motorcycle at a different [redacted] shop but they are so backed up they will not have the bike back to me until December 15th

There is no return policy on bikes in the state of Texas Would you like the bike repaired and to pick up the bike? Or do you want us to repo the motorcycle for you?

This motorcycle was paid off at American Airlines Credit Union on 5/3/Complaint was made same day payoff was hand delivered to bank. We are sorry for the delay our buyer did not inform upper management that the pay off had not been sent

This bike was traded in by the owners brotherWe had to have him sign paperwork this slowed the process as we needed his info ansignatures which took weeks to get We send all payoffs to bank so we receive title His bikes payoff was sent before he lodged complaint We are sorry
for communication errors but it's not everyday someone trades in a bike with a payoff that is not theirs

On May 6, 2016, when I spoke to the manager, there was no verbal or written agreement to a voluntary repossessionAs a matter of fact, the words “voluntary repo” were never even saidWhen I left the dealership that day, I was however, assured by both the manager and the employee who helped with the repair orders that my keys would be found and I would receive a call when the repairs on the bike were made and it was ready. Initially, I expressed to the manager that I didn’t want the motorcycle due to the fact that I was almost killed on three separate occasions on the motorcycleI did not feel safe getting back on the defected bike and I was requesting a refundWhen I was informed that I would not be issued one, I was giving three separate and contradicting reasons:1. It had been past the 30-days since the purchase2. It was a problem between the finance company and I 3. Buyyourmotorcyle.com only received a $profit so my refund would only include that amountThe Buyyourmotorcycle.com Manager himself told me that he was on my side, and that I would have to seek “other means” in getting a refundThe conversation ended with him assuring me that they were going to continue to work on the motorcycle and notify me when it was doneAttached, you will find a statement from the witness, Cierra ***, who was present with me at the dealership on May 6, Ms*** will attest to the fact that no such agreement for a voluntary repo was ever made and what she witnessed and heard that dayYou will also find a signed repair order from the Buyyourmotorcycle.com employee who had to manually generate and sign due to the fact that there was no record of any repairs every being made on the motorcycle at all I am requesting a full refund of my down payment, first month’s payment, and insurance due to the fact that I was sold a defected motorcycle, which even after numerous repairs, has still shown the same issue.

the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11427617, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me In addition, yesterday after this complaint was filed, the business paid off the remainder of the motorcycle This was after the day we sold the motorcycle to them

His title work was done by Oklahoma on Sep8th. Out of state deals take a bit longer as we have to package the docs and send to the Tag agency there. We apologize for the lack of communication.Thanks

You purchased a vehicle there is no return policy on Vehicles in the state of Texas.  Our manager informed you of this and he also informed you that we would take it as a voluntary reop.  You told him you did not want bike back.  That is why it has not been back into shop.  If...
