business response below.in reference to my compliant. it has gone on for over two months now. they did sent me an aftermarket backrest. it was sub standard. it was no like the one that was on it when I purchased the bike. there has been approximately 150 emails sent back and forth approximately 2 phone calls. they did say they ordered a new one from Harley Davidson it was being shipped to them. and it would the exact same one that was on the bike. how ever it was and is not new. I recieved one that was identical to the sub standard one with one exception it was used and scratched up. and the sent it ti me in the same box that I sent the back to them in, I am still looking to get an original Harley Davidson backrest  which was on the bike when I purchased it. they did say someone took it off to make a sale on another bike. even after they sold me the bike. . I need to know the next step to proceed with this,,Regards,
