At this time, I have been contacted directly by BX Furniture regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: On Friday, March **, I received a call from BX FurnitureThey did not call regarding the complaint, but a female called my phone and left a message indicating that someone would be calling me on Monday, March **, to schedule a delivery timeI did not return the call but waited for Monday's call which never happenedNo one called or came by the home to deliver the furniture, and I have not received another call since then In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

This customer came to our store interested in a TV StandWe showed her the Tv stands we had in the store "Floor Sample"She fell in love with one we had in displayThey came to an agreement final sale price $AS ISSomewhere along the lines there was a miscommunication between the sales person and the customerThis is an accurate price for the model she selected as displaythere would be a difference for a brand new model of courseWe really do apologize if we weren't verbally clear with herWe did credit her for the whole amount of $and we did pick up the merchandise from her apartment [redacted] is a very nice and well spoken lady, and we want to give her a million apologies for any trouble we may have cause herThank you

Tempoe offers customers the option to lease and buy furnitureOur employee whom is in charge with the finance explains to the customers that the application will be submitted into a third party finance company to see if they qualify for an approvalWe do understand that she (*** ***) is a senior, because of that she may have misunderstood what she was toldWe intend to be transparent with every customer at bx furnitureShe (*** ***) signed all documents prior to her purchase (Finance application, Tempoe Agreement, and Invoice Receipt)In other words she authorized us to submit her information into a third party finance company and she authorized for this finance company to take out an initial payment and as well as the recurring payments to pay off the merchandise written on the receipt (Invoice #***)With in the process of getting a customer approved and finalizing a sale, the customer is spoken to thoroughly on how everything with the finance works, additionally any questions and/or concerns the customer may have are also addressedUpon finishing the sale of *** *** we gave her the receipt with a reference number and phone number to reach the finance company if she wanted to make an additional payment, to change the frequency of her payments or for any general questions*** was accompanied by two individuals on the day of her purchase whom also witnessed the whole sale, they were all very happy and satisfiedAgain we are very sorry for all trouble we may have causedThank you

*** *** came in to Bx furniture in January interested in furniture, a bedroom set to be specificShe was given the option to finance her furniture, if she wasn't able to pay the full amount at the time of saleShe chose to finance, thus she filled out a application, which we have on file
as well as a copy of her IDShe was approved for $with TempoeThe finance manager explained to *** how this company works and she provided her with information on her first payment, when she would be making payments and how much the payment would be every two weeks, as well as the exact amount she would pay if she wanted to do the days buy out optionAfter that she decided to go through with the finance, her sales person wrote her a invoice receipt and the finance manager finalized the saleIn the following month of February, *** came in accompanied by her daughterWe explained to her daughter how the finance works, we got both of them on the phone with Tempoe and they provided her with the information she wanted such as how much payments she had leftFrom our understanding all the confusion on ***'s end was cleared up after thisAgain, it was her choice to do the finance, she filled out the application herself, she got approved, she made the final decision to finance her furniture and pay it off in a timely mannerThank you

Bx furniture is my neighborhood local furniture store. I just want to say how pleased I am with the service and product of this store. I was in a dilemma at first if to buy from the local furniture stores or if to go to a well known/accredited furniture company. I decided to take a stop by the store located at 946 southern boulevard on the [redacted] to get more information about the finance ($40 down no interest) and I chose to give it a shot. I was approved for the $40 down thus I purchased a 5 piece bedroom set I was told it would take 5 to 7 business days. I received it this morning! And im in love with my furniture. The service I was given was excellent and efficient. They are on top of the game, and I will be doing business again.

person and the customer. This is an accurate price for the model she selected as display.. there would be a difference for a brand new model of course. because:
On Friday, March **, 2015 I received a call from BX Furniture. They did not call regarding the complaint, but a  female called my phone and left a message indicating that someone would be calling me on Monday, March **, 2015 to schedule a delivery time. I did not return the call but waited for Monday's call which never happened. No one called or came by the home to deliver the furniture, and I have not received another call since then.
