Review: I placed an order with BX Furniture on January **,2015. I was given an invoice so that a private agency ([redacted]) could handle the expense. The invoice was submitted to the agency for review and was told a home visit would be conducted before check issuance. The visit took place within 3 days and went well as planned. I was told the process would not take long and to expect my furniture in a week or so but not later than the end of the month. When the end of the month came I did not have my furniture and did not get a phone call from the agency or the furniture store regarding my order, so I began making calls to inquire. I was told by the store they had not received the check, the agency said the check was delayed and would send payment soon. A couple of days went by and I inquired about the check again, which was delivered on February *, 2015. I did not get a call about the delivery or the check, so I called the agency again and they said the furniture store had the payment. Finally, I receive a call on February [redacted] stating the furniture would be delivered this week, but we have not received the furniture yet.Today is Sunday March *, 2015. I have walked past the store many times to see activity. Many furniture pieces delivered and business transactions, but ironically it appears our order is not being treated professionally with the intentions of a fair trading act. Furthermore, I believe that the private agency employees and the store is working in cahoots to take take advantage of the charitable program through fraudulent activity to steal money intended to help disadvantaged families like mine.Desired Settlement: In addition to having my furniture delivery there should be some other compensation such as free service or complimentary item. I believe this is a fair and reasonable request given the length of time and aggravation I experienced while waiting over two months to obtain my order. I would also like to have both the store and the agency to be investigated for their business practices. I'm sure that I am not the first nor will I be the last attempt of fraudulent activity.

On Friday, March **, 2015 I received a call from BX Furniture. They did not call regarding the complaint, but a female called my phone and left a message indicating that someone would be calling me on Monday, March **, 2015 to schedule a delivery time. I did not return the call but waited for Monday's call which never happened. No one called or came by the home to deliver the furniture, and I have not received another call since then.
