We don't mail refund checks Company Policy I have offered to you what you said that you wanted and that is the $refund Company policy is that you provide the original receipt and you can pickup your refund be am and pm, Monday thru Friday I do not have anything else to say...this will be my last response

First, I don't have a $54,double wide Secondly, we don't "jump up the prices", so I have no idea what the customer is talking about....and this happened last year??? I had my admin research the deposit The $was deposited on a home that we sell for $79, Therefore, the $54,price is unheard of The deposit was made in May, The customer was approved on the home...even after they agreed to pay the asking price My question is..."Why give a deposit if you think we "jumped up the price?" As far as terms being unacceptable....this is the first time I have heard anything about that We take deposits on homes when customers want to buy homes We don't take deposits, hold homes for a duration, and then give it back a year later because they changed their minds The same goes true for real estate transactions Homes are taken off the market at time of deposit....if the customer cannot secure financing, deposits are not returned.The $deposit will be good toward the purchase of a home at Byram Home Center at any time they are ready to purchase a home

The ***'s told the Fire Marshal that they were happy with the repairs that were made to the home by Byram Home Center The installler answers to the fire marshal...they are subcontractors Per Mr [redacted] ***, MS Fire Marshal Officer, Byram Home Center has made all necessary repairs to the home that he required Byram Home Center does not provide or sell used AC units with used homes If there happens to be a unit with a used home (and we have no way to know if it works or not), then sometimes the movers will take the unit with the home Again, because we do not know if it works or not The home that the ***'s purchased had be unoccupied for quite some time before Byram Home Center even bought the home home to resale Also, the only way to determine if the AC was good or bad would be to rehook it to the home...Mr [redacted] told the mover that he wasn't even going to try and hook up that old unit because it probably didn't work anyway I have done everything that the Fire Marshal has asked me to do Thanks!

Ms [redacted] did indeed special order a home The home is being constructed at the factory The factory had told me that they were doing their best to get the home built so that we could deliver the home at the end of last week The factory did NOT complete the home so that we could deliver the home My delivery crew sat here all day with nothing to do because the factory didn't have the home ready There is no way I can deliver a home that is not completedMs [redacted] has also closed on all bank documents She has entered into a legal and binding contract with her signature on the bank documents Sure, she can break the contract by being upset that the home did not get delivered on the day that we hoped to deliver the home That does not change the fact that we special ordered a home (one that I do not need for stock) to the options that she chose I am now left holding the invoice on a home that we did not order for Byram Home Center; when indeed it was ordered for [redacted] ***.The home should be ready just any day....the home will be delivered to Ms***' homesite as soon as the factory completes the home if she still wants the home If she does not want the home, the down payment that Ms [redacted] paid us to order a home (the home that she closed on with the lender), will be forfeited We DO NOT special order a home and then give back deposits because the factory has not completed the home and the customer thinks that they should have completed the home faster Or goal is to provide a good product to protect our customers We don't cut corners just to appease someone

The paperwork and title application provided to the customer at closing was all the necessary paperwork needed to attain a permit No one stated that the permit "could" be attained in a day or so....as stated in all paperwork, its a process The holidays falling in this timeframe also hurt the delivery of the home However, the home was broken down today, in the field, in preparation for delivery I will be happy to make a contribution of $toward the first payment of the home that is nearly due I am not trying to be difficult to deal with....but there is NOTHING I could have done differently to make this happen any faster When you sell and service as many homes as we do each month, there has to be a procedure Procedure was followed, in this case, as well as the next one Once we start a job, we complete it We don't get in the middle of several jobs just to get the homeowner satisfied that we have started My status with the Revdex.com is an A+ for a reason I am sorry that you feel that you guys were neglected, but that was not the case

If you can provide your receipt you were given at the time of deposit, you may come pickup your $ I will not mail the check, it can be picked up Monday thru Friday between the hours of 8:and 5:00...only if you have the original receipt Sometimes its just best not to do business with some folks Byram Home Center chooses not to do business with this customer

The payment is not almost due, it is due The mover told us Saturday when he got there after lunch that the home had not even been broken down yet but he was going to try to get it broken down and deliver one side We never heard back from himRegards,

I am rejecting this response because:  The eight months and counting to get Byram Mobile HomeCenter to complete the transaction which included the sale, delivery andinstallation of our home was not even addressed. It would not have beencompleted even now had we not called and gone back to their office repeatedly. Their entire handling of this transaction has beencharacterized by shifting the blame to others while they alone were responsiblefor all of the many problems we encountered in this purchase. We have incurred extraordinaryexpenses since we purchased and paid them in full on December 11, 2014. Theseexpenses include insurance, general repairs and having to maintain our currenthome because the new home can’t be moved into. We still do not have electricity,but have finally been given the opportunity to have the electric company comeand install it.

We waited on his permit for a couple of those weeks. Then the rains began. He's scheduled to be delivered this week. We can only do what the weather will allow. The closing contracts say that we cannot predict the weather. The week he closed, we could have delivered within the week; however, he did...

not have a permit. We average selling 15 homes a month. They are delivered in the order that we receive the permit.

Totally agree with Mr. [redacted] on this.  I didn't know we were having this issue.  He has my cell number, all he had to do was make me informed of the situation at hand.  I was told by service coordinator that all was being taken care of.  I have had a meeting with the service...

coordinator and a conference call with the factory service technicians.  I understand that the storm door was shipped, but when we received it, it was shattered.  The factory reassures me that all items are now shipped.  Once I receive the parts, I have a technician scheduled to take care of Mr. [redacted].
 
Please know that all I need is to be made aware of situations that are not being handled.  I can make it happen.
