the patient was refunded for erroneous transaction We have asked the patient to come into the office to go over everything but they have not done so The doctor discounted his work but when a patient decides no to have it all done all services are at full price.I suggest she make an appointment and come into the office so that this can be resolved properly

This was written by the patients wife it the patient She was very dusruptive to the office and has been give a refund She disputed with the credit card company as we were processing refund causing a double refund The credit card company instructed us not to do anything and they would refund the The [redacted] asked her to come insnd pick up a check [redacted] who treated her did everything professionally and as per protocol Her claims are incorrect and she should remove her damaging remarks from the Internet She has been told to pick up a check

Please advise what work was completed? How can you offer a discount service and NO service was provided but yet charge full price?! As stated in the initial complaint, my calls and emails have NOT been returnedThere is no need for me to come into the office because I will not have work done from your dentist! The woman that handled this matter is out till June *** so we can not resolve it till then. Patient cane in and the doctor gave her a signification discount The invoice to us if was paid and there were service charges from the finance company When Ellen returned we will
review chart and discuss with *** and then be able to sit with patient to discuss

I sent the patient an email with her options Awaiting her response

*** *** had her work done and Baimi had X-rays and exam and had a Nesbit partial The transaction for the invisalign giving her case at 50percent discount was put thru erroneously and it was processed by HWellness erroneously but was refunded We are reviewing to see if there is any refund due We will send you that information by Friday the *** of September

Firstof all I would like to apologize to the patient for any inconvenience this has caused her.   We offer Invisalign at a very low cost so it often takes longer than usual. The average cost is between 5000-7500.   [redacted] paid 2995 and due to the bad communication she experienced we are...

processing a 500 refund to her.  The cost now she paid is 2495.  Our cost which has been paid is a little under 1900.  I am working on getting her case released ASAP since it has been fabricated. We care very much about our patients and have spoken to the staff regarding this matter   I have spoken to her and will be later today in my effort to rectify he matter

Each time I spoke to Ellen, she said there was nothing she could do as she only works there. She told me to go through Dr. Eliades. I spoke to him today and he said he was going to cancel it. I spoke to the finance company today and they have not received a refund request. The next payment is due June [redacted].  I want this resolved before the [redacted]. Additionally, the [redacted] discount offered is for every person. And I was misled into signing up for the terms of the loan based on the fact that I was going to receive $1500 back rom my insurance. I have clearly stated this each time I called. I would not have agreed to finance $2995 if I could not afford it. And my insurance company advised the dentist office on March * that I was not covered. Therefore the first time I called to inquire about this, I should have been advised. I could have cancelled before the first payment was even due or anything was done.
