 YouIve patiently waited 8 months for a service that I haven't received I've asked for a refund numerous times and was told each time that they would have the Invisalign ready and they still do not have it, because I made a complaint to the Revdex.com It seems that I am being retaliated against. How unprofessional of Dr.E[redacted] wife to contact me. She does not know how to speak to people, her delivery was unbelievably disguisting, she started telling me about her personal issues, that I don't want to seem insensitive too. However what does that have to do with Invisalign. When I wouldn't give in and stood firm about receiving my refund she contiuously yelled at me and wouldn't even let me get a word in saying that people worships the ground that her husband walks on and that I'm not making a smart decision and nothing would please me and the only way that they would give me a full refund is if I write a false statement stating that I won't blog about the bad customer service experience  that I've had with them. No $500 credit was ever credited to my acct on there behalf the only reason that there was ever was credit is due to the fact that I open a dispute with h3 wellness and h3 wellness put down the wrong amount  down for what was being disputed. I really question the business ethics of this establishment.

[redacted],I am so sorry you seem to think I was yelling at you.  I would never do that to a patient.  You were yelling at me and I responded.  I had Invisalign releasing your case that day but you were not accepting it so I had someone elses released.  you received a great price on Invisalign at our office and due to the delay Dr. E was giving you back $500 which basically meant you paid a little over cost.  We had paid for your case and that is why we were oushing for your case to be delivered.You are right I should never have spoken about my personal issues but I was having a rough week with my handicapped daughter and then you were yelling at me over Invisalign.   I am sorry. Following our call you spoke to Linette who you also argued with. She stated our office policy which is to come in and release yourself as an Ortho patient so I can get a refund for us and refund you accordingly. All I wanted was to make you happy by giving you the best price and best service.  I am sorry that it didn't work out. Please come in and sign the release so we can move forward.      P

I have not yet received or pick up a check in the amount of 350. The office is now being extremely proactive in trying to resolve this matter. I am sure the business will do what is right since they have been in business for 30 years. They do offer [redacted] at a discounted price and I am sure have been treating other patients with great respect.  There are 2 offices and would like to make it clear that [redacted] did not treat me. My understanding is he has a respectable reputation. I would like to apologize if this review has harmed him or confused anyone in anyway.  I would like to thank the Revdex.com for helping to mediate this situation.

I am sorry that you feel this way but when patients want to get services they decide which way they want to finance.  H3 has gone out of business and we are trying to resolve any open issues. The doctor is not in the office until August **.  We will review and get in touch...

the patient was refunded for erroneous transaction.   We have asked the patient to come into the office to go over everything but they have not done so.  The doctor discounted his work but when a patient decides no to have it all done all services are at full price.I suggest she make...

an appointment and come into the office so that this can be resolved properly.
