I purchased a vehicle through JD Byrider/CNAC in which I am still making payments. I have consistently made my payments despite numerous issues with the vehicle which has rendered unusable for lengthy periods of time during repairs. The vehicle has had numerous issues all which have been determined to be pre-existing since the time of sale despite the dealerships assurances the car had been inspected and was in good working order. When I purchased the vehicle there was a wiring issue that the JD Byrider service center "reportedly" fixed. However, the "fix" did not last and the wiring has had to be repaired two additional times in order to maintain functionality of the vehicle at great expense to me. Furthermore, the instrument cluster, key module, and *** all had to be replaced due to damage caused by the poor wiring. Now, there is significant rust to portions of the undercarriage that has been determined to also have been pre-existing at the time of purchase. The issues with the vehicle are not normal wear and tear. I have been stranded for a week or more on numerous occasions while the car is being repaired. This is not my first vehicle purchased through JD Byrider and I had no complaints until this vehicle was purchased.

The note below is from my Service Manager........customer is out of warranty (she has had the car over 2 years). We have an appointment to address her concerns and we will goodwill the repair (cradle) at no cost to customer. We have appointment to see the car on 7/16. Customer is happy that we think we can fix her issues.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this response/resolution is satisfactory to me as long as the repairs are performed as agreed July 16th and the cost does not exceed the price quoted for the repairs. *** at the service center agreed to repair the cradle free and the sway bars/ball joints at the cost of the materials which would be approximately $100.00

Dealer is not trying to give back vehicle after payments have been made which are on bank statements. The agents are rude very unprofessional stalks theyre buyers. Been dealing with them going on 2 years and nothing has changed. This company is terrible and need to be investigated. I pay 12000 for a 2007 Pontiac G6 and still tied to a contract paying on the vehicle and not able to get the vehicle. Due to where I love cant get to anybodies job to even keep paying and not much help. This has really taken a toll on me and really need assistance. We have all bank info to prove. Thank you

We repossessed Mr. for being delinquent on his loan at 23 days with no communication. According to the notes in the account, we have been attempting to reach Mr. for some time prior to repossession.

We have sent a personal property letter (at his last known address) and have attempted to call him at last know phone number for retrieval of his personal property found in the car.

Mr. has since returned our phone call this afternoon and is coming into the office to get back into his car tomorrow (July 18th), once he pays current. I believe the matter has been settled. Thank you

On March 2 2018 me and my wife went to jd byrider in Morville Pa every thing was going ok and then they call us back totell they were ok with our down payment but they wanted 700 for the next 2 months and we ask them to see if they can do some thing to fit our budget and the two sale person lugth at us and they said that wood let us test the car they were going to put us in samll three car even thou we told them we need a van so we they told us to step out to talk about and let us look at the suv and back down then I call them to ask for a manger they told that she was busy and the manger will call you back and the manger call me back and I told her what happen she try to make things right sge told me to bring our down and our first two monthly payments wood of been 500 if they wood of made things right the day we were there they wood had our bussniess snice this happen we will not be going back at all.

Yes my husband and I was getting a 2010 Ford Fusion off of these people and since he rear ended some woman in the back end we had been getting treated poorly plus today here I was being blamed for getting someone in trouble but nothing was said til I was there today first I got yelled at for posting a review on there Facebook page and there is no law stating I can not do that you can not stop the freedom of speech since I have health issues today and the other day they called they caused my blood pressure to go up and my doctor is getting notified and I am sure she will be calling them. The person in finance apparently has an issue with me and so does the general manager over a post on a page I got threaten by having them going to haul me into court for slander and then from there I was also told by my spouse they can arrest me for that no they can not either. But today was an unprofessional way to handle that so that sales person Chris M was in the wrong way to pass judgement toward me and if they think word won't get out about them other people already know about how rude they are there. The general manager did not stop him from doing that too me today that was unprofessional also to do keep your negative thoughts to yourself and I will not apologize for that review or today or this complaint either it was wrong on the way they handled that car accident and the signing of releasing us from that car. This has been the foremost worst car dealership I have been to and ones I know there car sales people would lose there job for treating people bad like that.

CUSTOMER WAS INVOLVED IN ACCIDENT AND DEMANDED AN INSURANCE CHECK OR BE PLACED IN ANOTHER CAR IMMEDIATELY. WE TOLD CUSTOMER THAT SHE NEEDED TO TALK TO HER INSURANCE COMPANY AND FILE A CLAIM AND GO THRU THE THE CLAIMS PROCESS WITH HER INSURANCE COMPANY, WE ARE NOT THE INSURANCE COMPANY. CUSTOMER WAS VERY COMBATIVE ON THE PHONE PER OUR SYSTEM NOTES.

CUSTOMER ON MARCH 5 2018 SIGNED A MUTUAL RELEASE AND WE HAVE PARTED WAYS. WE WILL NOT CONTACT THE CUSTOMER AGAIN.
