Horrible customer service Horrible supervisors Managers are always busy in meetings and not able to help customers You would think you guys are offering me free service I will not be renewing when my contract is over I lapsed on my contract due to financial difficulties and had to put everything on HOLDAll my other companies I do business with were able to work with me, and restart after I was back on my feet except service america Please do not tell me to call your customer care dept againEITHER the CEO or a manager calls me at 1596, or I will continue to make everyone realize to never sign a contract with your company once they ask me in detail what happened So disappointed with your 40+ year company that has ratings of from almost everyone
I have different contracts on different properties with Service AmericaA such they have been called numerous times over the past yearsThey do a very good job of diagnosing problems, and then fixing them They're new website is a little more difficult to navigate than the old one, but other than that, I am pleased with the service that they provide
If you have about days to wait in the South Florida heat for an AC repair, only to have it mis-diagnosed and then wait another days for a sub-standard repair by all means use Service America Ever hear in the new millennium a company giving a FIVE HOUR WINDOW?? Then not showing up Well it is standard operating procedure for Service America
We had an 8" fluorescent circular light burnt out as we were preparing our condo for renters Its replacement didn't work or burn outWe got another bulb which might be better for a dark closet We called our maintenance contractor Service America over the weekend and, after explaining we wanted to leave before Friday's traffic, was able to set up a Tuesday morning 12/27/service call The electrician called before he came and started work shortly after AM He tested for power near the bulb and got none He checked the wall switch, found it defective, and changed it He ensured there was power at the bulb - fortunately it wasn't the fluorescent transformer or ballastHe agreed my second bulb choice was better and installed it and its cover
I bought an AC unit from them a little over a year ago and so far they've been out to my house almost a dozen times to try and fix leaks that have ruined my ceilings and walls to no avail The last guy who came out said the drainage pipe needs replacement and would get me a quote but no one called back I finally called another firm to check it out and they found out that the unit is not properly installed and the drainage pan is cracked How on earth that escaped the dozen technicians and managers who came out here is beyond me Also, if you have an appliances maintenance contract w/ them, be aware that you'll wait weeks for someone to show up and when they do, they find out they need another part and it's yet another few days waiting and having to take off work to be there when they arrive This is the worst business I've ever encountered

No job gets done, will NOT EVER be transferred to a manager or supervisor I have had visits to solve a problem and have different excuse every time and the problem is still NOT RESOLVEDI only get put on hold for over minutes and put in a voice mail DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANYTHEY ARE A SCAM!!!!!!
Had two different tech, one identified the problem and ordered the part necessary to repair the dishwasher, and the second came and installed the new part and insured the dishwasher was repaired Both men were Friendly, professional, met their time window, and got the job done Very happy!!
The representative of Service America was respectful,courteous and informative.Performed the required maintenance without waisting my time or his.He checked all aspects of maintenance of the AC units,and gave me a full report
on time and problem fixed very quickly
