Hello,We just called the customer and she wasn't there, however we spoke with another person who lives at the residenceWe offered free pairs of replacement shoes to make up for the pairs that fell apartThe customer will call us back with her selections and we will send them out free of charge

*** from Clarks finally spoke with me (after I left voice mails in response to her original call which came at 6:am. I wasn't "busy" I was sound asleep!) They agreed to supply me with two pairs of replacement shoes. I am satisfied with that solution for myself. However, Clarks owes their many customers a return to former manufacturing standards or if that is not economically feasible, the company should WARN US that they have drastically changed their standards and quality. Given the vast numbers of complaints I've seen on line regarding the dissolving soles issue, they should certainly warn potential buyers of that and how to possibly avoid it.

[Your Answer Here? INCREDIMAIL is offering me a free year subscription to their premium product..They have to be kidding ? ? I would never have anything to do with this company? ? They never did fix my problem which has been my on going complaint? since Sept ** 2015...? Ever since they tried to fix my computer? I have been scammed with many phone calls ? One such phone call was asking me to get into my computer so they could return the fee they charged me...? I did open my computer which was a big mistake ? When I realized what was happening? I turned off the computer right away their statement was? they could not refund any money under two thousand dollars? ? They wanted me to send them a money order for the two thousand dollars minus the and then they would reimburse me the remaining amount ? When I told them they were crazy if they thought I would do something like that ? ? They began swearing at me ? That was just one of the many phone calls I received? they continued to call me many of times after that ? ? I did contact my credit card company but it is a third party card and they could not do anything about the situation I have tried everything to get my money back, but so far I have been? very unsuccessful in getting anything back.? If you read the reviews? YOU WILL FIND I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?

Our customer had an issue with several pairs of shoes that had fallen apart. The shoes were manufactured in 2007 or thereabouts, and are no longer under warranty. She had previously been offered a coupon for 30% off a future purchase, but was not agreeable to that solution. Our representative...

explained why the issue had occurred with her shoes, and offered to replace two (2) of the pairs at no charge, as a one-time courtesy. The customer agreed, and will contact our representative directly to order her replacement pairs.
