Hello,We issued a refund to the customer for the 2nd pair of shoes that were not received. In addition, we are sending her a new pair of shoes of her choosing since the original pair is not in stock. We spoke with her earlier today and this is now resolved.Thanks

The shoes that the customer requested are being shipped out from a Clarks retail store today. This was an additional offer that was given to the customer in addition to a full refund for the original item, which was processed on 4/13. The customer will receive the shoes in 5-7 business days. Please let us know if anything else needs to be done.Thanks
Hello,The customer attempted to place an order for $104.99 on our website on 11/28/15. The order did not go through and nothing was charged. There were 2 temporary authorizations for $104.99 each. Because the credit card was issued in China, the authorizations took longer to drop...
off and we were not able to manually reverse them. We spoke with the customer on 2/10 and emailed a letter to send to the bank requesting them to reverse the authorizations. No further action needs to be taken.Thanks

Additionally:I was contacted by [redacted] and he told me it would be resolved ASAP and it was, the company was inundated with orders and other things. Basically [redacted] took the ball and ran with it, I have a replacement item and will purchase from them again.All in all fantastic response after the initial issues were straightened out.
