I purchased an overhaul gasket set on May 13, and the website for the item shows that it usually ships in 3-business days On the shipping page it also stated that I would receive an email stating when the item has shipped and today is May 24th, and I have yet to receive a shipping notificationOn May 21st I went to their website to the contact us section and it was a form that I had to fill out, so I filled it out and due to the fact that it was a Sunday, I thought I would get an email by Monday May 22nd informing me of my status of my itemI then called the customer service number Monday night and left my name, phone number and my order numberIt is now Wednesday May 24th and I have not receive a response from the contact us form or the phone message I leftSo today May 24th I have sent another contact us form asking (To whom it may concern) to cancel my orderI am not very satisfied with the company and I will not be purchasing anything from then any time soon
