I Placed an order for a repair kit, for my trailerI was sent a product that wasn't shown in the pictureThere seems to be the same part numbers on the package, but not the partSearched for the model number and order the product from elsewhere since Wholesale Marine won't contact me backI messaged and emailed them about the problem and a week later no responseNow I am stuck with a part I have no use for/ paid for and didn't order/ have to pay to send it back? !00% wouldn't recommend All they had to do was contact me back and we could've worked things out, now I've had to order elsewhereSince I need the part, which I've paid for twice now

Found the part that I needed on their website and continued to checkout; simple enough processHowever, under shipping options there were two: 1)Standard shipping which was free and said delivery in 4-days2) UPS shipping for $but it said that the item would be delivered on 7/20/(I placed order on 7/18/17)I chose to pay the $because I needed the part before the weekend and even if it had delivered on 7/21/that would be fine because that was a FridayWell here it is Monday 7/24/at 3:P.Mand I still have not received my orderI received a confirmation email the day after my order was placed but I never received an email letting me know that my order had shipped and or a tracking number, you know the standard practice for 97% of other companies
