Terrible Experience and Zero Help When I Contacted Them. Why d
I ordered 2 under cabinet storage cabinets several wks ago, from CabinetsNow in CA. I live in CT. I never ordered from them before, which I told them as well as other instructions in my order. I told them that I needed more storage to fit under a console table but to CALL ME WITH ANY QUESTIONS. My number was right there. When the order was placed, on their website, using my cell, I guess it transposed one of the important specs -- the depth. It was supposed to be 20 inches, but showed up as 3. Sometimes my cell transposes the number. I was timed out twice, so pasted in the second cabinet (right and left) with the same measurements. I would never, in a million years order a cabinet depth of 3 INCHES! Why would anyone It isn't a doll house. What could I possibly store in 3 inches? I guess they emailed me sev times around memorial day. I was away a lot & only using my cell. It went in my junk mail. They mailed it anyway at 3 INCHES! Why didn't they call me? I need this replaced

High price and order completely messed up
Spoke to Jason about my client cabinet order, emailed him a drawing with measurements and measurement of all appliances. it also included pictures to back up my measurement so there was no mistake. to my shock, the material was very late getting to us as promised, and then it all went downhill from there. not only did I talk to Jason about this but also a manager as well, the style of the cabinet doors where wrong, and we even went over the order before shipment. The measurement was off in two areas, and the wrong corner was put in place as well. I would not buy from these PEOPLE, ITS NOT COMPANY ITS THE PEOPLE RUNNING IT. and they not only lied to me and wasted my time and my client's time but the price-gouged me as well. paid over 4000.00 too much to standard pricing
High price and order completely messed up

Misleading Product Information
We ordered Glass Cabinet Doors from CabinetNow.Com using their design template for Glass Doors which even has a link to customize the glass. The doors came in an acceptable timeframe but without any glass. after contacting customer service, I was informed they do not provide glass but the site does not mention any of that. Basically said sorry your unhappy! I do not recommend this company for misleading the customer with their site that allows selection of glass etc.

Unfortunately, the customer is wanting a full refund for products that he received in excellent condition The Customer is not taking into account non-workdays (weekends and holiday closures), to calculate the time line of receiving his purchase The customer is being unreasonable to demand a full refund and more, to satisfy him for his inconvenience We would like to resolve this issue in a manner that is reasonable for both this customer, and our company However, we feel a 10% refund on the original order, or a 10% discount on any future order is fair and reasonable considering the customer did receive a very good product

I reached out directly to the customer via email, and phone In trying to make a reasonable gesture to this customer, he feels the solution is not satisfactory Unfortunately, the customer is calculating calendar days, and not business days Due to the weekends and holiday (Independence Day - shop closed 7/and 7/4), production was business days We understand that this is lengthy, but unfortunately beyond our control We understand the inconvenience this delay caused with all of our customers during this time, and would like to rectify the issue Our current production is back to a reasonable time frame, at to business days Here at Now Build Inc, we want to provide great products and excellent service in a timely manner When this is not achieved, we want to make it right

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: the company claims it can have your product completed in business days. It took a month. Their website is misleading as were their excuse that there employees were off for the Monday holiday. The owner told me that my order got lost. Their delay cost me $because the project wasn't completed on time. The reason for the delay stated by the sales person conflicted with the owners excusesI believe my order was pushed to the side because it was small, in lieu of more larger and profitable orders. They are not trustworthy and they don't keep their word
