Ms. [redacted] was disconnected for non-payment for services on 06/17/10. Our records show she did not return her equipment. If she has paper work showing she returned her equipment, we will adjust her collections amount.

Upon further investigation Cable America discovered the digging was done in April of 2015 by a Power Company construction crew. The Power Company Restoration Crew has attempted to restore the property causing the ground to cave in. Cable America...

completed it's work in the Fall of 2014. Therfore, is not responsible for the restoration of the utility easement listed in this complaint.

Ms. [redacted] can return her modem and schedule a disconnect and we will mail her a refund.  It normally takes 4-6 weeks.  I will over ride the no refund policy.

Customer was contacted.  Tech went to customer's home on Saturday, 11/12 customer was not home.  Service call was rescheduled for Tuesday, 11/15 customer was not home.  Customer was issued 4 days service adjustment to his bill.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
On Dec 11 at approx. 1032 hrs I contacted cable...

America's IT department. [redacted] ex [redacted] I spoke with [redacted], he advise me that they have been monitoring my internet service since the complaint date. I told him of the download speeds I was receiving. He said he would call me when I was at home so we could do more testing. This was a Thursday. We agreed Monday the 14th after 1630 would be the best time to call me. As of this date I have not had contact with him.

I left a voice mail for Mr. [redacted].  I am on vacation until Monday, June 19th.  I would like to set up a service call and go over their bill at that time.  If their service goes out, please have them call our local office to schedule a service call before Monday.

I have left a voice mail for customer to call me on  06/02/16.  I have not heard from him.  I see no Service Call history.  The customer is receiving a 12 month discount on his bill.  If customer continues to have service issues, all he has to do is call his local office and...

ask for the manager.  We can schedule a Service Call for the same day.

We tried to schedule a date this week to pick up equipment and we were told her family member would not be home.  She needs to call and set up another date when we can go an retrieve her equipment.

I left a message for our customer on 03/13/17.  They have not returned my call.   [redacted]Customer Service Supervisor

Customer was contacted and a service call was scheduled.  Customer's issues were resolved.
