We are in the process of making sure all issues the customer has had with the vehicle are taken care of. The customer took the vehicle to the Kia Dealership in Topeka KS because her husband agreed that it would be closer to their home. The vehicle has been repaired as far as they can, until a...

discharge hose for the a/c unit comes in. It is on back order until June 6th or 7th, so it should be in next week. When the part is in they will also detail the vehicle which will also be taken care of by our dealership. Sincerely, Cable Dahmer Automotive Group

The customer originally had interest in a 2017 Equinox, which she drove for over a week. She was unhappy with the vehicle because of cosmetic issues, and wanted another vehicle. At that point she inquired about the 2016 Malibu. Unfortunately, the customer needed to have her fiancé on the loan first...

based on the banks approval. The customer was unsure so we let her leave with the vehicle. After a few days of not returning phone calls, we finally got ahold of her. She told us she bought a new Buick at a competing dealer, and would have them return our vehicle to us. We told her she would need to pick up her trade because we could not release her trade to anyone other than her. We also told her we had reconditioned her vehicle. When she came to pick up her vehicle, the customers sales person was with another customer – she waited about an hour to get her trade back (fully reconditioned). We apologize if she felt disrespected in any way. We were just very busy. Nothing has been signed by anyone other than the client and co-signer. We are glad the customer found a vehicle. Unfortunately Missouri and Kansas laws differ on
what is taxed and what is not taxed. Also, in the state of Kansas the sales tax
is wrapped into the loan, in Missouri it is not. Kansas taxes rebates and
Missouri does not. That was why there was a discrepancy on the amount of tax

I am rejecting this this response because: Based on the fact that by their onw admission they unplugged and tossed my diagnostic tool aside. The diagnostic tool and remote starter plug are in CLOSE proximity. The other company did not NEED to run a diagnostic as I provided them with the sheet I was given to me by Cable Dahmer. The work by [redacted] was not done where my remote starter is located. The work was done under the carriage. Not where NEAR my remote starter. Additionally, my reasoning for mentioning that I had the same part replaced in 2016, was to show that their service desk is inept and has no follow through. Had the tech searched my records he would have found that my extended warranty doers reimburse for this part. So no I do not accept their response it is still more of their not willing to accept accountability for the careless actions......
