The local General Manager,* [redacted] , has been abreat of the issues and will have someone contact the customer to work out a solution

The local office spoke with the customer and agreed to provide a credit to the accountPlease consider resolved

I originally filed a complaint # [redacted] about my Fujitsu system: "My house consists of indoor split type air conditioners, and outdoor units, installed by a certified Fujitsu installerOne of my indoor units acts up all the timeIt sometimes blows cool air into the room, but at other times, blows room temperature airI used an infrared thermometer to test thisThe issue would be resolved after I reset the unit by holding the reset button or by turning off the circuit breaker for a period of timeMy friend thinks it's a control board issueI had the system installed in 2008, so I think I should be covered by Fujitsu's warrantyMy model number is ASU12RMLQ, and the serial number is GRA004561." I was then given a business response on 8/from Victor Gomez, director of service that as a one time accommodation, Fujitsu will warranty the parts to get the unit back up and runningAs of now, I'm unable to get in contact with the company regarding the case I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved Regards, [redacted] ***

On 10-31-2014, a Cable One representative explained High Speed Data Plan they had signed at installationIn that discussion, the representative detailed the Acceptable Use Policy which states limits to average usage, which they have continually exceeded.The customer states they have documentation showing proof of an unlimited planWe would like for the customer to bring the document into the local office and present it to the General Manager ( [redacted] )
