Cadle Custom Interiors

On Oct. 2017, I contacted Cadle Custom Interiors, llc after seeing kitchen modifications he did at a neighbors house.Nate Cadle came to our house on Oct 25,2017 and discuss a kitchen re-do, cabinets, sink, countertop, backsplash. Having seen his work, I felt comfortable, and gave him the money he requested to do the job, 1/2 of the total. I gave him a check for $4,940, (check was cashed on Oct 30, 2017) Work was to be completed by Thanksgiving. I called him 4 times after that date,(Thanksgiving)he didn't respond, then I texted him,he called, and I was told by him "before Christmas". In January I went to seniors vs crime, for mediation. Investigator Mark, was told by Mr C, that he would issue me a refund, that never happened. Mr Cadle called me in Jan, and stated I would have my refund by Jan.12,2018. I never received it. Then I went to Hillsborough County Consumers protection & filed a complaint. Ms. E, investigator made contact with Mr Cadle. He advised her on a number of occasions, he would issue a cashiers check made out to me. He never did. Then I went to Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Court for Hillsborough County for mediation. Mr Cadle never responded.
Mr Cadle has stated that he had a hand injury and couldn't work. That injury happened BEFORE he did my neighbors job, and can be varied. Also I had another couple in my home when Mr Cadle was here, and witnessed the whole conversation, including the date of job completion. I did not sign a contract, I needed some issues clarified, he said he would return later in the week. I have never seen him again. Also I am not able to verify that Mr Cadle has a license to do this type of work.
