I just had my 6 month winter service performed by "J. L." who is a service pro technician with Level. He completed his maintenance and service in about a little over an hour. He was very efficient and very polite and explained to me everything he did. I have a service contract with Level to help keep the costs down and that was the best thing I did. I have been pleased with all of the technicians whoever it is that come to my home. They are very well trained in the field and it doesn't get any better than that. Than you B. Our regularly scheduled servicing was set for last Thursday We received a call from Robert S., who advised us that he was ahead of schedule, and asked if we would like him to come right away We accepted He arrived, and could not have been more courteous or efficient We appreciated the call, as it prevented us rushing to other errands later Competent staff members are a credit to their employers, and are a main reason for repeat business We would recommend Level to anyone confidently
During a recent furnace maintenance call, service technician MPwas courteous, professional and knowledgeableHe identified a dangerous problem requiring shutdown of the furnace He explained options (repair vsreplacement), and guided us through various considerations--cost, system efficiencies etc In a difficult situation, he was considerate and reassuring He made the replacement appointment and advised exactly what would be involved He is an outstanding representative of his employers and they are fortunate to have him on their staff

My air conditioner quit on me- on Memorial Day weekend of course! I called the day after the holiday to see when I could get someone out to look at the unitLevel One was able to confirm appts for me one that day, and another one later in the week in the event the technician could not make it out to my home on the first day Turned out the technician was able to come out hrs prior to the appointed time which was a life-saver! He was polite, professional and determined what was going on with the unitParts were replaced and I was able to have air con again the same day I called for service! This tech and Level One cannot be thanked enough!
