It sounds like I'm not the only one who has been falsely lead by this company. I will not let anyone or company steal money from me through false advertisement or any other fraudulent method. I speak for myself when I say I work at a physically demanding job with that said this whole experience with this company had been a dud. I will pursuit my money back untill the end. That's to bad because it would've been nice to have "unlimited minutes"for 29.99 a month to talk to my girlfriend who is locked up instead they " are only here to help save". Hopefully they can do that for themselves. I will not give up Call Today !

This business is a total scam. They only respond by email, no one answers the customer service phone number and their product is fraudulent. They sell local numbers that they prepurchase to give to people who have incarcerated family members and friends and they lead you to believe it will save you money and that they are connected with Paytel and they are not. You have to really read the fine print to understand that they are essentially helping you break the law. They also will not refund your money under any circumstance, even if the account is not used.
