We purchased the product Conzerol to eliminate Molluscum Contagiosum and it did not work!!! We faithfully applied per their instruction with no noticeable results
On their web site they have a Guarantee and here it is copied,
"** Guarantee Policy: We provide a 60-day money back guarantee for purchases of Conzerol(r) cream; if, for any reason your are not satisfied with the product Conzerol(r), you will be issued a refund within one week of your request."
We requested a refund within the time period (twice) and have not had a response after two week of attempts to contact them including their FaceBook pageThe only response from them at this point is when they marked my negative review as spam on their FaceBook page!!!
They have a phone number posted, 855-873-2862, which goes unanswered and then to a voice mail box that is full so you can not leave a response
It say they are registered with FDA (registered with FDA # *** .) Are they'??

After taking to Facebook they have finally refunded my money. BUT it wasn't until I applied negative comments to 5 of their pages which they marked as spam trying to get rid of them. I replied to FB on each spam question that it wasn't spam and at that point it was reposted to the comment sections of their pages. At this point they contacted me wanting me to contact someone in their business to straighten this out, my response was that they had two emails from me they could respond to and they finally did! They also tried to say their phone system was problematic! I have seen comments on FB and Amazon where other people were having some of the same difficulties!
Business like this need to be put on notice!
