*** and her employees did a great job cleaning my home and went the extra mile, too! I appreciate her services since I am a super busy working mom!

CG does offer an early cancellation for moves that are 30+ miles from the nearest CG location and our records indicate that we corresponded with this camper on several occasionsWe originally spoke with the camper over the phone on 11/19/@ 4:PM at which time she requested the move
cancellation and was advised of the documentation requirementCamper followed up on 11/23/@ 4:PM and was advised that we had not received either her move documents or the cancellation form as previously requestedWe requested the forms again and agreed to refund the last payment once the documentation was receivedAs a business practice we send confirmation of cancellations once they are processed and advise our campers to follow up if the confirmation is not received in a timely mannerWe had no further correspondence withe the camper until 3/22/@1:PM at which point we made the exception to cancel the membership in lieu of the documentation and, as a courtesy, refunded the most recent payment, which was made in February.
Unfortunately, we are unable to approve the additional refunds as requested as all charges are within the Terms & Conditions of the BOLD membership, including the cancellation policy and the early cancellation move clause

I am rejecting this response because:The charge from the business was never intended to be a saleThis was made clear to the business multiple times, both before and after the unauthorized charge was processedWhen I explained this issue with the manager, she stated she did not doubt that I made the call and requested the freeze; her representative did not notate my accountTherefore, the business's records are not reflecting the freeze request that was made on February 16, Furthermore, when I asked the manager who else I might be able to speak with to resolve this complaint, she aggresiously stated there was no one else in the chain of command--she is the "highest" ranking and that the CEO is unreachableI would accept this as a "Final Sale" had I authorized this transactionContrarily, as previously noted in my complaint, this is not suchFactually,I requested that I not be charged for March and April, but the business wrongfully charged me anyway

I am rejecting this response because:
I did send in Medical Documentation on 10/2/2014. This was not sent on 10/1/because I had to get the visit note from my physician office. The visit note is attached to this document. On the attached document you will see it says I marked it with stars, under the plan," there was an increase in frequency and occurring whenever she exercises, will refer to Neurology." If you look further down at the other star it says to "remain active but to avoid activities that exacerbate the pain." On the first page in the HPI it clearly states "Pt has been doing camp gladiator x per week and she has been developing a headache every time she is exercising." With this physician documentation I think these things would be enough medical documentation for them to refund the money, I don't know what else information I could provide to them. I did receive a call from them after they received my documentation and they said they were not accepting it and were not refunding my money, only the month of October because I only caught it as soon as it came out of my account.
In this email it appears they are saying if I had of provided sufficient medical documentation they would have refunded my money. It clearly states in this documentation that I could not have participatedAnd the times I called they did not say more documentation was need or my documentation was not good enough. I was told they would not do it because their policy was to continue to take out money monthly until the camper called and stopped the transaction. I did call and ask to speak with a manager on 10/6/as the email states, but I have never received a message on my home phone or cell phone from any of them as their message states. This is when I decided to file the complaint with the Revdex.com.
Again, I would like for the other $that they have not refunded be returned to me since I was not medically able to attend the camp

We understand your concern and frustrationWe have reviewed the attached documentation and it is not sufficient to issue a refund. We require that notification and documentation be provided PRIOR to your charges being billed to your account
Furthermore, the documentation attached is a copy of the visit notes, we would require that the doctor send an activity restriction stating that you are not able to participate and providing a SPECIFIC TIME FRAME for the activity restrictionsWe have already made the exception to issue a refund of the October charges, even though that refund did not meet the requirements of our refund policyWe made this exception as a courtesy because we value our campersWe will be unable to issue any further refunds on this account

My experience was amazing First of all, I called her at the last minute to clean my house for our Christmas Party She squeezed me in during her really busy season and came in and took care getting our house ready for our family & friends

We have issued the two (2) free months to the camper's account, which covers the month that the freeze was not applied, as per the customers request, and an additional month free for the inconvenience caused by the incident in questionUnfortunately, we are not able to honor the request to issue a refund of the $charge in accordance with the previously provided Terms of Service which states that all sales are finalThe credits that we have applied on her account are the only exception that we are able to offer in this scenario

I am rejecting this response because:
Obviously your company is out to get money and I feel as if I am being scammed at this point. I am beyond frustrated. If I had chosen to quit for personal reasons I would more than understand and not be wasting my VALUABLE time sending these messages to you. In the beginning I was told to send physician documentation stating that I was instructed to stop participating, I submitted this. Then I was told it wasn't good enough. Then I request a supervisor to call me, they never call. Then you email through the Revdex.com, and say I never submitted sufficient documentation from my physician. I re-submitted my physician's documentation. NEITHER time was I told there had to be a date stating when I could return to the program. Now your company is pulling that out of the air. I feel that you are doing this because I have met EVERY expectation that you have asked and you are STILL trying to find a reason to not refund my money because the bottom line is that's the kind of company you are and you just don't want to. You didn't think I would provide you with the documentation to begin with and when I did you continue to make up some reason to not refund MY money. As far as giving you and end date, I didn't see the specialist until the end of July, and the results from the testing he completed, did not come back until October
My physician has since moved out of town. I cannot go to her and ask for your ridiculous accommodations. You simply asked for a note stating I was not able to participate due to my medical condition and I provided that to you plain and simple!
Here is what you can expect from me. I will ensure every friend I have knows about this incident, it will be posted on my Facebook for my 600+ friends to see. I am also on the PTA Board at two of my kids schools. At these schools CG has a camp there several times a week. One of these campuses has over 1,kids. I will ensure the administrators and parents are aware of this incident and how you have had me go through hoops and then enhanced your requirements for my refund after I provided the required documentation. The other thing I can ensure you is I am over the school carnival that has 400+ attendees at one of the schools. I allowed CG to set up a booth and have free advertising this past fall, I can ensure this will not happen at the carnival I am over next year. In no way am I trying to threaten you, but I want you to be aware that both the positive and negative feedback get around to the community
As a Registered Nurse I understand the complications that can arise from medical conditions and have compassion for people. I never thought that a company that is working to get people in better health would not understand a medical condition that could have lead to a serious complication. I guess you had rather me have come to camp and continue to have the migraines that could have lead to an aneurysm or a stroke just to get my money's worth. Or obviously you don't care either way, as long as you get the money!

I am rejecting this response because: while I understand the terms of the contract, I believe the company made fraudulent promises in the process of membership salesCamp Gladiator has failed to deliver on the following promises:
1) A consistent training experience with knowledgeable trainers
Multiple high-quality trainers have been fired or have resigned in recent months, and have either not been replaced or have been replaced with less qualified personnel
2) A growing network of locations
Multiple locations have been indefinitely cancelled without replacement.
3) Responsive customer service
Every time I have contacted customer service, it has taken multiple days to respondWhen I filed a formal complaint regarding the firing of a particular trainer, I never received a response.
4) Additional options to cancel early.
I was told multiple times that although the contract stated that cancellation would only be given due to an injury or a move, that CG would allow for cancellations under other circumstancesIndeed, I know of multiple people who have been allowed to cancel their membership contract early due to reasons similar to mineTherefore, their claim that they only allow cancellation due to an injury or a move is not trueIf necessary, I can provide statements from individuals about their experiences with Camp Gladiator.
Based on my experience (and those of others), it is clear that Camp Gladiator has not been able to deliver on the services they promised to provide and therefore nullifies my contract with them.

On 4/8/15 @ 8:48 PM the camper registered for the BOLD 12 membership using their secure log in information after receiving the first camp for free. The Terms & Conditions, as attached, must be agreed to before the membership will become active. Our policy also states that all sales are...

final, however, we made the exception to delay the start date of the camper's free camp to the following camp cycle. Once we moved her free camp back, we also made the exception to authorize a refund of the charges even though our customary policy would be to issue an account credit since we were already making an exception to reschedule the camp dates. Because of the refund that was processed for the 1st payment, the camp has made no purchases towards the camps that were attended. We would like to accept the camper's request to pay the full price of the 1 camp purchase and allow the camper to cancel out of her contract having met 0 of 12 months.We have submitted this offer through the Revdex.com and also directly with the camper through the email address on the camper's account. We will move forward once the accepted by the camper.

[redacted] came to our home during a special time for our family! My oldest son was getting married and we were crazy hectic with wedding bliss. She came in and waved her magical wand and all was neat and clean! I am not sure how she does it but our house was clean and gave a warm and cozy feel to all the guest for the rehearsal dinner! [redacted] was able to take a lot of strain off of our family by just simply cleaning our house and taking one less item off our check list. Thank you [redacted] White Glove Cleaning for coming into our home during a crazy time! I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of cleaning services.
