Campbell Heating and Air Conditioning

Review: On 8/19/2013 my air conditioner would not cool down and shut off. Have had same problem with another air conditioner. Called [redacted]l to fix it, which means adding freon. I wasn't home when he came, but my wife was. He checked inside and went to the outside unit. She was inside where the furnace is and seen was she though was smoke go pass the window. She ask him about it and he said he had sprayed some oil and there was nothing to worry about. He told her that we needed a new unit, that this one was shot. She told him it was still under warranty and she would have to get papers to see what was covered. Then he left. I finally got a hold of the man that installed the air conditioner, which now has a different job. He said he could look at it on Saturday 8/24/2013. When he started checking it out, the unit would not run at all. He when outside and jumpered the unit, and it ran fine. He said unit was ok, but something else was wrong. We started checking wires, breaker,switches and could not find anything. In the meantime he had checked freon and was low and was try to put freon in the unit, enough that it would start. Could not get control power to unit. He was checking the wires again and found the control wire had been cut, and the two ends were pushes in a hole where the some other wires coming out of. I was beside this man the whole time he was working on unit. Long store short, [redacted]l let out more freon, and cut control wire, and then told my wife that unit was shot. I called him that very moment we found out what was wrong 8/24/2013. He wasn't home. I called Monday and he wasn't home again. I called right back on Monday and left a message with [redacted] (which I think was [redacted]l) which said I was calling the Revdex.com to let them know what had happen, and that he already had 2 complaints on him. It is now 9/3/2013 and no response.Desired Settlement: I want the price of sevice call refunded, and a face to face apology.
