I am rejecting this response because:Please show me where on my hang tag, the concession agreement or parking rules where it says " you cannot park in the StJohn's lot on game days." Also, my hang tag is up to date and I have parked for free in the same lot on other game daysYou cannot just arbitrarily make up rulesStJohn's lot is not mentioned in the parking rules or concession agreement one time There would be no way for anyone to know this distinctionPlease refund my dollars

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find the resolution is satisfactory to me
I think my case is resolved nowYou guys may close itThank you!

This citation was reduced to a warning on 9/18/and the customer was notified of the result. The failure to respond to the customers email was because he had not typed the correct email address for our enforcement manager. We consider this matter resolved to the customers
satisfaction

***,I would be perfectly happy to refund you the amount you paid to park in the garage that day in However, I will need more information other than the screen shots you sent to meThe screenshots do NOT show the email address you sent this to and I am concerned that it may not have gone to the proper emailYou continue to refer to the email but you never specifically have said what this email is that you are sending messages toThe screenshot of the email shows something indicating the transaction was pending for $All I need is confirmation that this amount was paid and I will send you a refund checkPlease contact us with the last four digits of the credit card used or a copy of your bank statementIf you do not have this information anymore because it was so long ago, I would be happy to send you a garage single exit voucher that can be used in any garage here on campusPlease let me know which you would prefer. Thank you,Kelly

Mr***,Thank you for contacting us regarding this issueIt appears that your attachment to your appeal was overlooked and I was able to verify your paymentYou received that citation because CampusParc goes strictly by license plate recognition only and since that first digit entered into the
machine was missed, the enforcement officer did not see payment for your parkingI apologize for that oversight on the part of our appeal teamI have voided the citation, it has a zero balance and no further action is necessary on your part.Have a nice day!Kelly S*Manager, Customer ServiceCampusParc

The customer submitted photographic evidence of an alleged CampusParc
employee sleeping in a vehicle. While this could not be substantiated by CampusParc, we did address the issue with the enforcement officer working during that time. This matter has been handled internally with the employee

***When the citation was issued to the vehicle illegally parked on campus on 5/18/2016, the enforcement officer failed to enter the plate correctly, thus the citation notices were sent to you in error. The citation has been updated and reassigned to the appropriate party. There is
nothing further need to be done on your part. We sincerely apologize for this error, and we do not show any previous email correspondence from you regarding this citation. If you did send an email previously, it may have been filtered out of our system as SPAM. We can assure you that if we did in fact receive prior notification of this issue, it would have been dealt with promptly. Please let us know if there is anything else that needs to be done.Sincerely,CampusParc Customer Service

I am rejecting this response because:Sounds goodThank you for putting this on the recordAs stated before, I cannot accept the response of Campus park until they make good on thier promisesIf that means the complaint needs to be close, and potentiall re-opened in the future, that is what will have to be doneBut I do not accept the response. I hope everyone has a wonderful day!
Regards,

The citation has already been reduced to a lesser fee. No further reduction or waiver will be granted. CampusParc Customer Service

Thank you for your replyI am glad that after one week, you finally have found the opportunity to respond to my requestsI am sorry that it came to the point of having to involve a third party (the Revdex.com) to get a response, but I think that speaks to the larger issue here. I am rejecting this repsonse for several reasons.First, in no way did CampusParc acknowledge that they provided misinformation printed on the parking permit card which they seek to have returnedI am willing the return the card and will happily place it in the mail in tomorrow or Monday to the correct address that they have provided in their response, which does address my first concern. Second, CampusParc failed to acknowledge that the fine/payment they are requesting would be waived in light of the fact that CampusParc erred in giving me the wrong address to send the card, which would have been turned in on time had they provided the correct informationThis was NOT part of our agreement/contract; As a result, I should not (and will not) pay the fees that they are requestingI expect the next response to state that the fees are waived.Third, CampusParc has failed to acknowledge that they need to change their business practicesTo send a bill without a phone number is bad practiceTo avoid the phone calls/messages of a customer is unacceptableTo extort customers by changing addresses and alleging documents to be signed is deceitful and disgusting, to the point where I find the practices borderline criminalFourth, in no part of the contract that I agreed to does it state that I must sign a form for missed automatic deductions/paymentsIn addition, I am over miles from Columbus and will not be making a trip there to sign a ridiculous form that CampusParc believes I should sign, as this is absurd.Ultimately, I am rejecting the response because it is overall unacceptableI will be happy to return the card in the mail, as previously stated, now that I have the correct addressI understand that that is a requirementHowever, CampusParc was required to provide notice to me of the correct address, and was required to provide notice of any form of procedures which I would need to follow after leaving the universityEvery June, residents at Ohio State University Medical Center graduate and leave the areaMany residents haveFor many yearsIt is nothing new, and it is certainly something that CampusParc should know aboutI find it remarkably disheartening and unjustifiably itic that CampusParc would not seek to inform residents/graduating residents of these requirements, including a proper up to date address, in addition to any internal forms which they might requireThe business should have provided these to residents at least days prior to expiration of contracts

Mr***,That is correct. To park in the StJohn lot on football home games, the vehicle must possess either an ADA placard or license plate.Sincerely,CampusParc Customer Service

[redacted]You purchased your parking permit on 7/31/17 for $905.76. You had parking privileges beginning August 1, 2017. Your bank rejected that check for nonsufficient funds on 8/4/17. We didn't receive notification until 8/16/17 regarding the bounced check from our financial institution. Our...

policy, in line with every company operating a business, has a bounced check fee. CampusParc's bounced check fee is $20. When we received that notification, 12 days after the check bounced, your permit was revoked because of non-payment - you were essentially parking for free for those 16 days your permit was active. Our policy is to mail a letter to the individual who bounced the check to us the following day. However, you contacted us first so we did not get the opportunity to mail the letter. I listened to all the calls you made to our Dispatch office and Customer Service Center. I found no calls where you were hung up on as you indicated. The "help button" on the equipment at the exit gates do time out after a certain amount of time because they are not a traditional phone line. If that is the case, I apologize you feel like the dispatcher "hung up" on you. Neither the customer service representatives nor the dispatcher was rude and definitely not hostile toward you. The CSR and the assistant manager both explained to you what you needed to do to rectify the situation because your check bounced.   I have reviewed the entire [redacted] email inbox and find absolutely no record of your [redacted] name.number ever sending us any correspondence. Therefore I would not be able to address your statement that you are "still owed money from two years ago." This email box is legitimate and is monitored by our management staff daily. CampusParc operates under the concession agreement it has with the [redacted]. That concession agreement dictates the price of the parking permits and the parking rules, procedures and policies. The document can be viewed in its entirety on our website at [redacted].campusparc.com/docs.Thank you for rectifying the bounced check issue and we look forward to fulfilling your parking needs while on campus. Kelly S[redacted]Manager, Customer Service

Our original reply to your complaint was actually responded to within hours of being brought to our attention. It is unfortunate that it took so long for you to receive it. In response to your reply: 1) We are sorry that your keycard had old, NOT, misinformation printed on it. After receiving it back in the mail, I would have contacted the business to verify the address it was being sent to. 2) The money owed, is owed to the Ohio State University. CampusParc is NOT able to refund any money, as your payroll deduction contract was with the University, NOT CampusParc. 3) In no way do we feel we need to change our business practices. We are operating under the concession agreement with the Ohio State University. We do however, apologize that you feel that way. 4) Under no circumstances does anyone expect you to drive 600 miles to sign a form that you deem to be ridiculous. You certainly could have signed the form, that is available on our website, osu.campusparc.com under documents and emailed that signed form to us. At this point, however, I don't know that the Ohio State University will need the signed document because your permit with CampusParc has since expired. The legal need for the form is no longer necessary, in my opinion.Unfortunately, again, CampusParc cannot provide you a solution or refund for money that is owed to the Ohio State University. We are a separate, private entity that has a concession agreement with the University to manage it's parking system. The University has already paid us for your missed payroll deductions - the University is attempting to recoup their money - NOT CampusParc.Thank you, Kelly S[redacted]Manager, Customer Service

I
would also like to make a specific complaint to your operator who
worked on 11/7/15 night shift. She was absolutely unhelpful and hung up
after telling me to "look up" where Blankenship
Hall was. She just assumed that I had a smart phone and after I called
back, the tone of her voice was of annoyance that someone is asking for
help. She did not understand the situation appropriately -- a customer
in severely cold weather trying to find their
car in desperation. Please make changes and reforms to such staff as
well. Thank you. I believe this CampusParc's employee was named Stevie. This was never addressed both via email or on Revdex.com. How your employees instruct for customers to reach their cars is extremely unhelpful, and their attitudes do not make it easier either.

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find the resolution is satisfactory to me.

[redacted],After the Keycard Status Report was filled out for you in the North Cannon Garage on 6/23/2016, we conducted an investigation into your keycard usage.  The information we found in reviewing your keycard activity, showed there was no entry scan into the garage on 6/23/2016.  This...

indicates that some other means was used to enter the garage, like pulling a transient ticket at Visitor entrance.  if a ticket is pulled to enter the garage, then it must be paid upon exit.  The garage only allows 200 permit holders in at a time, and often times permit holders will use the alternate entrance when we have reached the 200 permit cap.  These measures are in place to ensure the Medical Center has adequate parking for Patients and Visitors, and to prevent individuals from attempting to bypass this rule.  Upon further review of your account and keycard usage, we have reduced the citation to the max daily rate for transient parking in the garage.  The citation balance is now $11.00 and may be paid online at osu.campusparc.com.Sincerely, CampusParc Customer Support

Good evening, If you are referring to the citations written to license plate [redacted], those have been paid for quite some time, actually several months. Are you disputing the citations on this license plate? If so, and this was a rental vehicle, I apologize if anyone in my office stated that...

you were required to pay them. Our standard operating procedure is to send the license plate the the Bureau of Motor Vehicles and then we would send it to the owner to determine who was renting that vehicle at the time the citations were issued. Please feel free to respond back with more information.Thank you!Kelly S[redacted]Manager, Customer Service

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: I have been in dispute with the company, and this area is not well signed enough. I have attached the pictures of the area including signs. Essentially, the no parking sign is probably 50 feet away and I am at the entrance of the loading dock's driveway. There is no "loading zone" sign except for across the bay and on the perpendicular wall about 30 feet away (also included in the picture). Essentially, the reasons behind me having a citation are null. I am in the loading zone and had gallons of liquid I was carrying and didn't want to park all the way down in the loading dock because its about a 10 ft elevation drop, and I could barely carry them as it was. Also, it was 10 pm at night, and I wanted to stay away from the dark area especially with the recently sexual assault issues on the campus area. I parked as close to the doors and the loading dock as I felt was both safe for myself and easiest for me to carry in my samples. Additionally, the area is not signed accordingly and I should not have received a citation. The dark pictures I attached are from CampusParc and are of my car. The day pictures attached I just took of the same area.

When managing the vehicles linked to a permit using our online portal, there are instructions on the landing pages informing customer s on the proper procedure to link a vehicle to a permit.  Additionally, when linking a vehicle to a permit, the permit details are displayed, which include the...

effective dates of the permit that is being managed.  (Please see attached document for examples).  When you were adding the vehicle to your permit, you were linking it to the 2016-2017 permit, which does not become active until 8/1/2016.  Again, the effective dates of the permit are displayed on the screen so customers are fully aware.  We have an appeals process for circumstances when customers make a mistake, in which the citation is reduced to a Failure To Register violation that carries a much reduced fine.  A review of your citation shows that you did appeal it and it was reduced to $7.00.  If you are ever unsure about any of your permit details, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service Center at ###-###-#### or [redacted] Sincerely, CampusParc Customer Support

Dr. [redacted],Unfortunately we are unable to facilitate your request to have three vehicles linked to your permit.  We understand that you are a busy professional, but we must keep the rules consistent across all customers.  We recommend keeping the two most commonly used vehicles linked to your permit, and if the third vehicle is used you can link the vehicle through your online account or contact our customer service center.  As a one-time courtesy, we have reduced the citation to a warning.  Please ensure going forward that you link the vehicle to your permit prior to parking on campus.Sincerely,CampusParc Customer Service Center
