The entire process including contact from Jordan in their office was a very positive experience. Great company, always willing to help and very reliable! They installed our A/C system and gas heater over a year ago and we were disappointed to learn it already had a leak in the A/C this summer. whicCanada Furnace monitored and promptly dealt with the issue. We would highly recommend this company to family and friends. They have a great warranty on labour and parts over other companies.

I recently had a new furnace as well as a hotwater tank installed by Canada Furnace. The crew was very professional, courteous and did a great job installing. They used drop cloths on all areas and work did not take long at all. My experience with Canada Furnace was a very positive one, and I highly recommend them.

I've had Canada Furnace repair my furnace, replace it and also install a new hot water tank. Each time over the last few years I have had a different technician come to do the job. Found Canada Furnace on the Homestars website and read the many positive reviews and chose them to replace our hot water boiler last year and we're glad that we did. Their customer service is excellent and the installer did a great job and cleaned everything up before he left. Had an issue with the boiler a few days later and they promptly showed up and fixed the issue. Because of the positive experience with Canada Furnace we contacted them again earlier this month to add air conditioning to our home and again they did a fantastic job finished the work and followed up with us a few days later. We couldn't be happier to have found Canada Furnace and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Had a furnace and A/C unit installed by Canada Furnace. They did a thorough job from the first call for an estimate to the final install sign off. The sales person was very knowledgeable and offered many different choices based on what I said. He listened and he did not over sell. The office kept me informed of what was to be done and when. The installers were very courteous and professional. Walked me through the whole install and explained why each item had to be done. They even vacuumed up after themselves. All in all a positive experience.

Very professional. They kept us informed on everything that needed to be done. We were impressed with the installation of our AC unit and the cleanup afterwards. We found everyone we spoke to very friendly.

To anyone that is considering a Heat pump system I am happy to recommend Canada furnace. My overall experience exceeded my expectations for customer service, knowledge and reliability. Instead of upselling/overselling me Canada furnace assessed if my present unit could be salvaged in part or whole, and offered innovative recommendations. From the initial consultation right through to installation process, I appreciated their honesty, prompt action, and felt that my best interest was considered, not just the sale. After the sale and installation, their service has continued to be excellent which is often the true telling-point in customer care.

We are very happy with the install and service of our air conditioning unit we purchased in the summer of 2016 and our furnace we purchased in the fall of 2016 for our new home. Canada Furnace was excellent when they made a service call to our home. They were professional and honest. I had reported an unusual sound coming from our furnace and there was an opportunity for the technician to charge me for a service that I really did not require. I appreciate the honesty as the technician told me that there was nothing wrong with our furnace AND I would not be charged for another service call if they were needed again for this issue.

Hello! In December 2016 my furnace fan quit. Canada Furnace made a visit and advised me I could spend money on a repair and hope my furnace would continue to run, or purchase a new furnace. I opted to purchase a new furnace. Lucky me! My furnace quit working 4 days later. Instead of wasting money on a repair I had a brand new energy efficient furnace. The installers were punctual, professional and CLEAN! I was so impressed that I made a call to Canada Furnace when I noticed erosion on my hot water tank. I again purchased through this company. Once again the installation was performed on the scheduled date and time with the same level of professionalism. I highly recommend Canada Furnace!!!

I had an amazing experience with Canada Furnace when they installed central air conditioning last week. From the estimate to the installation, the process was straightforward and they were honest and upfront about exactly what they were going to do. Workers were always courteous, professional, and patient with any questions we had.

Customer service was top notch, perhaps the best I have ever experienced! It was the small touches that really made a difference like sending an email/text before arriving and checking in afterwards to make sure everything was running well.
