While we received numerous quotes from movers before my move to *** from Burnaby, BC, what distinguished Canada Pro Moving from other companies was a combination of competitive, clear pricing and good reviewsThe good reviews proved to be true - Danny and his team were very warm, professional and efficient in the way they conducted our moveDonna was available for all the questions I had concerning the paperwork needed for crossing the border efficientlyWe had our kitchen packed up for a reasonable cost and all the glassware arrived with no breaks at allThey picked up our belongings on a Saturday and dropped them off on SundayWhile there were delays crossing the border due to traffic, Danny made sure to keep us informed of when they would arrive exactlyI would use this company again for any moves I will have in the future!

Recently Canada Pro Moving provided international moving services to us from Calgary Canada to Phoenix Arizona Tony and his team were courteous and careful, and the Admin staff was responsive Our goods were carefully boxed or wrapped, and we were glad to have Canada Pro's expertise with preparing some items that were awkward to box up
Moving can be stressful, especially when long distance, but Canada Pro Moving handled the customs paperwork and clearance of our goods In addition to this, Tony personally took responsibility to take good care of our belongings, and was on time for delivery
I would like to thank Tony and Canada Pro Moving for providing a high level of care and customer service, and would recommend them to anyone

Yes we moved the end of Aug and yes Jenn was very nice .The guys that moved us were very very good wrapping every thing friendly and hard working BUT I got a phone call the night before it was to be delivered asking me to wait three more days for delivery I of course said no our agreement was for noon on the sept so they did make it about 3pm after a few few calls back and forth but was told the price had gone from to for a two bedroom no appliances house.I did expect a bit more but not that much.So I was to e transfer Jenn the rest of the money from which I had paid her alreadyWhich she was texting me many times for..Lucky we had a government scales close so we had it weight when they got here also after it was empty .Well there was a dollar differenceThe moveING guys were great.Apparently there was someone else weigh slip put in with ours from the day before While the guys were unloading Jenn wanted me to pay the rest of the money.She saIlid if they were over they would refund it? Well lucky I didn't pay the rest because of the the differencePlease check those small little weigh reciept to make sure the dates are the same
But like I said Bobby and the moving guys are the best

Cons: there are few cons tooThey arrived late for the pickup which then extended through the evening until lateI was asked to pay for the scale measurements, I think these incidental charges must be their responsibilityThe wrapping quilt sheet they use is pretty dirty, it would be great if they were properly laundered or periodically replaced

I found thie company to treat my pocession as the would their ownThe staff with friendly and very respectful! they were acommadating of my need and put an exact afford into the moveI was moving my home plus my Antique from *** to Victoria and everything was extrmely well packed.I had a lot of glass,and china and none of it was broken

We moved from Edmonton, AB to *** BC with Canada Pro Moving in April and really appreciated the help they provided
Pickup was fast and easy, though the drivers did unexpectedly request a payment of $to cover expenses at the time of pickupWe spoke with Donna and had this partial payment noted and confirmed
We knew the approximate weight of our goods prior to pickup and the drivers confirmed that they believed that it was a correct assessment and wouldn't need to be weighedAll of our things were dropped off at our apartment in *** days later at the price quotedEverything got to the other side with no damage and no unexpected problems or costs
I would definitely recommend moving with Canada Pro Moving and we may be doing so again later this year

My stuff was delivered earlier than schedule; I have asked for earlier delivery date if possible and they called earlier to deliver on the date I wanted but earlier than they initially said they will
Nothing was broken or even scratched Delivery was just as professional and also got a call after the delivery to make sure I am happy with the service provided

I used this company to move me from Vancouver to *** CaliforniaNot only was their quote the best but I couldn't imagine anyone doing a better jobTom and Danny packed everything up in no time, wrote up the manifest for customs and made that part so easy
The truck arrived in *** less than a week laterI was still in Vancouver so Tom unloaded everything neatly into the garageI have now unpacked everything and can't find a single item damaged

We just recently completed a move from *** on Vancouver Island to the Los Angeles area of California Everything went extremely well Our contact with "Jenn" to get the quote and any questions answered was fast, courteous, professional and stress free All documentation that we would need to cross the border was supplied and explained On moving day the crew headed by "Danny" were prompt, extremely careful, fast and very accommodating We were in no rush for the delivery of the furniture since it would be going into storage in Downey It arrived days after pickup which was fine with us We were pleasantly surprised that "Danny" would be making the delivery I feel very confident in recommending this firm for any move; be it across the border or within Canada

I should mention that the moving did not include packing (as I packed it all myself, to save money), but they provided the carton boxes, and wrapped the large items very well

I met with Tom for my quote, he seemed nice, knowledgeable and seemed to want to help me stay within my budget. I was told by Donna via email my max cost would be $2500 all in, everything included, for my family's move from Vancouver to [redacted]. I confirmed via email numerous times that the cost was still what we agreed and the pick up and drop off dates.
The movers arrived a day early. I was not prepared at all. I was only half packed and needed more boxes. I was told one of the movers could successfully dismantle my bed frame, it is broken. With their early arrival, errands for the day were not done which included dropping off a friend's belongings to their home. The movers were instructed NOT to pack it but it ended up being one of the first things on the truck. One of the movers played with my husband's guitar. Majority of the time, the guys were good despite these set backs. At one point I was asked if we could move up the drop off date as they had a very important, well to do, repeat customer in Saskatoon they needed to get to. I was able to accomodate the request. I figured despite being a DAY early, I was getting a deal and could help them out.
Come the end of the day I was texted the final bill, which was $700 more than what was agreed. When I called Donna about it, she said she never made that agreement, Tom's word means nothing and claimed both the computers wouldn't turn on for her to see the emails I talked about. She became irate with me, telling me I had no heart, I made the men work too hard and that I was trying to get a deal out of them that was not promised, which -if it didn't exist- started at $2500, went up to $2800, with a final $3000 within minutes. After nearly 10 minutes of being yelled at and as we were in quite a bind with them having all our stuff in the truck, I negotiated $2800 as a final cost.
We were not present for drop off. My property manager found my suite with all doors open when they left. We only ended up with 2 broken bookshelves and our TV stand's legs were all bent almost to the point of being unusable.
I would rather throw all my belongings away and have to buy all new things from a junk store than deal with Donna again.

Courteous, helpful and more importantly no damage to any items. The team helped move the large pieces of furniture to the correct spots. They show'd up with four people to help unload the truck and used both stairs and elevator to move in quickly and carefully. We were quite happy and the bill was as agreed.

Canada Pro Moving was such a life-saver for us moving from [redacted], OR to [redacted] BC last week. We were overwhelmed with the prospect of moving with our two small kids and in the midst of a big snowstorm, and the team at Canada Pro was so helpful. They arrived promptly to our house, navigated our icy driveway and carefully packed our things. They were professional and efficient, logging every item and box that they loaded onto the truck. When it came time to deliver our things to us the next day, they quickly and cheerfully delivered everything to the proper rooms even up several flights of stairs. We were very happy with our decision to hire Canada Pro Moving and would definitely use them again.

Moving from San Francisco to Calgary. Contact, pickup and border handling went smoothly. Jenn at office was polite and easy to talk to. Delivery was timely and flexible. I asked for reweighing on arrival and both the office and the driver Tom were very accommodating with the reweighing and with changing the final price. Furniture and boxes were in good shape on delivery. Overall a good experience.

Moved our son back home from Calgary to Surrey, BC and we looked at six or more different moving companies. Both my son and I thought that this is such a sketchy business and dealing with the different companies you can't help but feel a lot of them are not straight up people. At first I had the same feeling about Canada Pro Movers I went to their warehouse on Annacis Island to check them out and there I met Tony, good guy and I just had a positive feeling about it after seeing the warehouse and speaking to him personally so we decided to go ahead with them. They picked up in Calgary on Monday afternoon and they just left our house in Surrey and it's now Wednesday. They did a fabulous job we're really happy with the service and everything showed up as promised. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family who are moving.
