Canada Pro was very attentive to our needs right from the start; from winning our business, to communication, planning, due care and attention during the move, and appropriate follow-up, every step went over and above our expectations. Their movers were knowledgeable and took great care to ensure everything was protected and arrived intact. Overall a very positive experience.

With a decision to relocate from Grande Prairie, AB to Kamloops, BC we were in search of reputable movers with great customer service. We had approximately 15 quotes for our move. Some higher priced and some lower priced but Canada Pro Moving was Revdex.com accredited so we decided upon them. Jenn at their office would return our emails with questions and inquiries late at night and early morning. Very polite, professional and reassuring that our move would be handled well.
The day of pickup, the truck ran late as the previous customers estimated their load weight wrong and had almost doubled the work load for the guys pushing back our pickup. It was our anniversary and were hoping to go for dinner but were worried that there wouldnt be enough time to with the guys being behind. They suggested for us to go and let them do their thing. As they worked vigorously to make up for our lost time, we brought them back dinner and they ate as they packed. All said and done, we signed off with a handshake and they assured us they would be on time at our new destination. Drop off day arrived. They were right on time, didnt waste any time unloading and bringing up our belongings to a 4th floor condo without an elevator key. The scale (weigh in) was approximately 2500 pounds heavier than we expected but thats our fault for heavy book cases not that of Canada Pro. With having absolutely everything wrapped upon pickup, only one table was damaged of 8100lbs of belongings. Amazing. We etransfered the remaining debt to Canada Pro and the guys were gone. 3 hours to unload. Couldnt be happier. Jenn was vigilant on following up to see if everything was ok and even offered to reimburse us for the table and for our anniversary disruption. We never asked, she just went out of her way to ensure we were completely satisfied. Hats off to a great team. Hoping that we never have to move again but would definitely use their services again if needed.

I do not usually write reviews, but I feel I need to share my positive experience using Canada Pro Moving for my recent move from [redacted], SK to Surrey, BC. I was originally hesitant to use hire a moving company, as my last move was a disaster with a number of items missing and damaged. From my initial contact with Jenn, what set Canada Pro Moving apart was that the company would be responsible for my whole move from start to finish. During my last move, three different companies was responsible for packing/loading, transportation and unloading.

I did not know the exact date of the move, and Jenn was extremely flexible providing me with a quote and honoring that quote despite me being unsure on the date. Once we had a move date set, they did not change the date and even worked well into the night to get the job done.

Tony and Gary came for the move and they were both fantastic using numerous blankets and tape to ensure every item was secure and safe during travel. They were professional and completed the loading efficiently.

My items arrived in BC less than 4 days after they were picked up. The same movers, Tony and Gary, unloaded in BC. Nothing was damaged and the final price was extremely close to the quoted price. I felt that through the whole process Jenn, Tony and Gary were easy to work with and accommodating to my needs. The company certainly had a "family business" feel that was focused on providing a quality service. I would not hesitate to use Canada Pro Moving again, and would certainly recommend to friends and family.

I had an amazing experience with Canada Pro Moving during my move from Calgary to Victoria. It was my first time using a professional moving company and I wasn't sure what to expect but my expectations were surpassed by miles. The head office was very helpful with coordination and the movers themselves were courteous, professional and careful with my stuff. Nothing got broken, nothing got misplaced and everything arrived on time, as scheduled. 5/5 stars for these guys from me : )

Don't recommend this company at all. They made our move from Vancouver to [redacted] very stressful. They are currently late by 7 days and they still don't have an exact arrival date. They added packing fees of 240$ to our bill. They increased the proce per pound after taking our stuff into the truck. They basically have left us in an empty unit for a week so far and we don't even know if they are delivering any time soon.

I used this company to move a studios worth of items from BC to WA. Replies to mails/calls fast. Price was lower than other quotes.
Document/contract processing could use some work (better quality prints/scans).

I packed on my own, but the movers put all the moving blankets for my items before loading onto a truck. The guys moving my items banged a few corners while carrying the stuff, but nothing major. When arriving, the drivers were a few hours late.
In the end, you get what you pay for. They'll get your stuff from point A to point B, but don't expect anything special, would probably avoid if I had high value fragile items.

My sister passed away in a small Canadian town some 8 hours from Vancouver, and I needed to ship some of her items to [redacted]. I received about 8-10 quotes via the internet and I decided on Canada Pro because they were able to pick up with very tight deadlines and offered the best options for the price. I then crossed my fingers and hoped my goods would arrive in good order. About 10 days later, the same fellow that picked up the furniture in Canada, delivered it to my home in [redacted].
Really, really happy with this company and would definitely recommend them for cross border moves.

We all have done research about moving companies and we all have read those scary horror stories about what companies do you do your stuff and how much they charge. I picked Canada Pro Moving and I have been extremely happy with their services.
Donna was amazing throughout the entire process. she kept me in the loop the entire time, whenever I called or emailed I always got a prompt response.
Tom and Danny were our movers and they did an excellent job. They packed our stuff into the truck and on delivery they did an amazing job bringing everything in. Nothing was missing broken or scratched.
Overall, these people are hard workers and they do a good job. Their price is very reasonable compared to the competition out there.

This summer we had a "last minute" complex move that included a month of in town storage and out-of-town delivery over a long weekend. Canada Pro Moving took care of all our needs, kept us informed, did everything that they promised to do - all at a great price. Our primary in person contact (Danny) was extremely professional. Canada Pro would be my first call if I had to move again.

I went with Pro Moving Inc. because they seem to be the only company to provide me with a quote that made sense. Based on phone conversations, their quote was on a 1 bedroom apartment of 3000 lbs at $.40 per lb. Even though the number of pounds was 5800 ( no knowledge of other furniture not in the apartment like a washer and dryer, large couch and dining room table and chairs ect), they told me right away that there was approximately 5500 lbs. I accepted the change, and the guys proceeded to load up the truck. Some furniture had to brought to my home and some would brought to a storage locker. The furniture was held until I could make arrangements for a storage locker big enough to hold all of the furniture. Thanks to Tony for letting me know what I would need.
