I had hired CASI to come over to clean my ducts; as I bought my house years ago and the last indication I had is that another company had cleaned them in The salesman that arrived did seem sincere; *** ***Once the team of arrived, guys set out to clean the ducts; which I have to assume they did - however the 3rd was more concerned on high-pressure sales tactics to get me to buy more things since the air quality in my house was so bad (according to his tests)I had installed a humidifier years ago from a reputable company in London that cost me around *** - I noticed in his booklet the CASI price for what looked like an inferior product was over ***He then told me that all my air issues would be solved if I installed a UV light - which from my understanding is based on weak scientific results, and perhaps a placebo effectAlso wanted to install a *** filter system to cost me in total about *** I would not recommend this company to anyone; *** *** I paid their invoice and want nothing to with themWhat a scam - I can almost guarantee they will not be in business soon or they will change their nameAVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS

Considering the circumstances, they were remarkably polite and professional and handled the cancellation very well

First they give a big deal on duct cleaning because they are in the areaThen come back in to weeks to validate warranty oh look there is mold in your duct which we never did seeTherefore we recommend a *** systemWhen they come back again to validate warranty Oh we test water alos ,very QUESTIONABLE test methods Blows contaminates out of proportion Guess what you need a reverse osmosis and an iron remover another ***

I recently had some major renovations done within my business (daycare), and it became apparent that the drywall dust had made its way into my air ductsLater that week I received a call from C.A.S.I offering a "no obligation inspection and a free furnace filter"I accepted the appointmentDave came out and took several photos of my cold and hot air ductsHe also took photos of my furnace fanI was surprised to see how much white drywall dust had actually made it through my filter and into my furnaceI booked a time for the cleaning for the following week, and I was offered an additional discount for taking a Saturday appointment Three men showed up and did a fantastic jobThe job was done quickly in a professional and tidy mannerOne of the cleaners (***) even cleaned my dryer vent as well as both bathroom vents for no extra chargeI was surprised that he even went as far as sweeping off my front porch and steps! I am very pleased with the work from start to finish! Fair prices, great work, professional and courteous!

Two members of our family have respiratory challenges, my wife is effected by mold and dust, and our son-in-law has been troubled with an ongoing serious challenge with mold, and what ever, as a result of remodelling his home. Recently we had the ducts cleaned, a new whole house [redacted] filter air purifier added to the furnace. My wife is breathing easily now, and most critically, our son-in-law was able to stay overnight on our home. Previously he had to stay at a motel, the mold effected him so. Further, our duct cleaning cost was refunded owing to our purchase of the [redacted] air purifier. The service and friendliness of the workers for CASI has been first rate.
Later we learned that they also installed water treatment systems. As our [redacted] drinking water has a chemical taste that we refused to serve to guests, we asked about their system - reverse osmosis. We knew about this system, but faulted it because it removed all the minerals - otherwise an excellent system. When we were informed that the CASI system replaced essential minerals, we bought the system. My wife now proudly serves drinking water to guests.
We would surely recommend CASI, its products and staff.
