We signed to have a duct cleaning with Canadian Air Specialists. We then changed our minds due to extenuating circumstances and called to cancel this service.

Considering the circumstances, they were remarkably polite and professional and handled the cancellation very well.

[redacted]. We were charged the amount listed and our deposit was refunded. This was more than we could have asked for and in fact we asked for, and expected nothing.

Considering the high level of professionalism shown in this matter, we would consider them in the future if we decided to have our system cleaned.

My grandfathers second language is english and he is 87 years old. Your company charged him [redacted] plus tax [redacted] to get his furnace, ducts, and dryer vent cleaned with a three year warranty. My grandfather said they were there for 15 minutes and left. My grandfather called me so upset that he had signed this contract and that he was totally taken advantage of for being charged [redacted] for 15 minutes of work. Consumers be aware.

I had hired CASI to come over to clean my ducts; as I bought my house 7 years ago and the last indication I had is that another company had cleaned them in 2006. The salesman that arrived did seem sincere; [redacted]. Once the team of 3 arrived, 2 guys set out to clean the ducts; which I have to assume they did - however the 3rd was more concerned on high-pressure sales tactics to get me to buy more things since the air quality in my house was so bad (according to his tests). I had installed a humidifier years ago from a reputable company in London that cost me around [redacted] - I noticed in his booklet the CASI price for what looked like an inferior product was over [redacted]. He then told me that all my air issues would be solved if I installed a UV light - which from my understanding is based on weak scientific results, and perhaps a placebo effect. Also wanted to install a [redacted] filter system to cost me in total about [redacted] I would not recommend this company to anyone; [redacted] I paid their invoice and want nothing to with them. What a scam - I can almost guarantee they will not be in business soon or they will change their name. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.

I should have asked more questions when [redacted], representing CASI came to my door, to sell a deluxe Whipper Clean, furnace, A/C all ducts service.
The cost was $563.87.
Two men arrived to perform the work and were here from start to finish, 45 minutes.
As there were two of them it was impossible to monitor their work closely. The report on the furnace after the work was completed was very minimal and was not given by the man who had cleaned it. There was no mention of the A/C ; the ducts were vacuumed - at speed. Maybe this was the whipper part?
All in all a very expensive service. I will seek another quote for work in the future rather than just taking one..

My family got the duct cleaning package and we were beyond impressed. Three men came to do the job on a Saturday afternoon and instead of rushing through everything they spent the time to explain the procedure and show us before and after pictures. I couldn't believe the things they found in the vents, they even ended up noticing our cold air vent wasn't even attached to the system so dirt was getting spread through our basement in which they cleaned up and reattached for us at no additional fee. Well worth the money spent.

I had Canadian air specialists at my house one week ago to do some duct cleaning for me. I made the right decision by choosing this company the gentlemen that showed up to do the work were very polite and professional, they were very experienced and knolagelable. I would definitely recommend this company.

I found the Canadian Air specialists to be willing to go above and beyond to help me when my AC went down. The gentleman who organized everything as well as the technician who came out were both understanding, efficient and patient.

I would definitely use them again if need be and feel that anyone would be just as happy as their prices were fair and competitive.
