I am responding to your letter dated Aug 6, for ID #*** complaint from *** ***. Bills have been sent to Mr*** since 11/23/and their first contact with us to arrange payments was on 5/12/at which time they were already past dueThey told us that they would only be able
to afford $per monthIt was explained to them that this was an inadequate amount for the size of their balance and no payment amount was agreed upon at that timeOur office protocol is to send an agreement in writing and no such documentation has been produced to support their claim that $was arranged. We offered them an application to apply for a hardship discount, which was not returned, so their bill was placed with our collection agencyFurther phone attempts for resolution were made after the account was turned over to the collection agency, therefore our office could not discuss the account and Mr*** was told he would need to contact Collection Associates. To address their desired outcome: correction to their credit report and no further collection calls, you will need to speak to or address this type of request with Collection Associates as they are the collection agency responsible for such actionsPh# ###-###-#### Also, the disputed amount claimed on their complaint of $is incorrectThe balance at the time of placement with Collection Associates was $2089.25. I attached check images for 6/and 7/ 8/payment has not been cashed by their office yet They only referred me to collections, the day after the 7/payment was made So they accepted payments from me per the agreed upon payment plan when I called in May and then after payments made, only then referred me to collections.Below is the confirmation code for the May payment made to their office I am attempting on getting a copy of the check since it is over days that it was cashed.DetailsPayment Type:Check: *** Delivery:StandardTracking Number:Confirmation Code:***

They sent us to collections after they received agreed upon payments???? They accepted these payments and sent us to collections anyways. There was no "paperwork" give to us to fill out. Why would we not fill out paperwork to get a discount?!?!?! That makes no sense!!! Exactly why I filed this complaint. They just admitted it. They sent us to collections after they received the monthly payments. Account was in good standing. No payments were missed, yet still sent to collections.

The very polite technician was prompt and very thorough. They took the time to explain in detail what was wrong and gave lots of options on how to proceed. After deciding which option to go with, they quickly replaced our broken air unit. The service was the best I have seen from a repair service. Good value as well.

It was such a breath of fresh air to deal with [redacted] at Canadian Air... so courteous, so professional, SO REASONABLE. He is the most trustworthy service person we have run across in a very very long time. Beware of those companies that advertise... and go with Canadian AIR!

Best HVAC guys ever. [redacted] is punctual, honest, and reliable. He installed a new a/c unit in a couple of hours and I couldn't be happier. I would call [redacted] with Canadian Air in a second if I had any HVAC needs. Thanks very much [redacted]. You're the best.

Always professional, always on time,always gets the job done right the first time. Highly recommend. .

Called to have ac checked. Brian came out the next day. Got ac blowing cold again, and told me to prepare to replace unit by next summer due to it being over 13 years old, and compressor was leaking oil. Nice to know ahead of time.

I recently had Canadian Air come out to my home to fix my blower in the furnace. My tech was named [redacted], who took the time to explain how everything worked. he showed me how the blower motor had worn bearings. They were able to only do the necessary work instead on replacing everything, which is what a local competitor quoted. I saved $276! I also have a superior part from the original. I will be telling my friends and family who to call when they have HVAC problems.

They came out last minute on a late Saturday afternoon and not only discovered what the problem was but explained it well to me so that I could understand what happened also. He took the time to ensure that all of my questions were answered and when I mentioned future things that I'd like to do to the system, he gave me good advice and a direction to start with. I felt that he was very honest and patient with my questions without being pushy or an over the top salesperson. One of the best overall experiences I've ever had with anyone doing a repair on any item for me. I got lucky when my coworker gave me their information. (She said the same things about them also :) )

I had a great experience with this company. As a single mom I am always wary of services trying to take advantage about topics I don't know about. The whole procedure was explained and I felt at ease. Price and quick service were great and glad I called them. Highly recommended! If I need help again, this will be my first call.
