Thank you for the phone call I have read the response from the business The charge has been refunded though I do not think the written response address the condition of charging me after I cancelled the reservation within an hour after I made the reservation and was initially charged They are doomed to repeat the mistake, with someone else I have received a refund of all money and am satisfied with that response

The policy of 3rd party bookings is they are non refundable unless the hotel and the 3rd party agrees If you book a room and do not show or leave early that is the chance the guest takes [redacted] was advised to call [redacted] To my knowledge he didn't When he called here the Front Desk Agent told him to call [redacted] He said he was going to come down here and kill us all and he was cursing and yelling at her Hotels do not give our receipts when a reservation is booked under a 3rd partyIf you need anything else from me let me know or if you need to talk to the front desk agent[redacted] ***General Manager

I am making a formal request for arbitration about service contract number [redacted] .   Drivers Protection agreed to replace only the damaged parts even though the head mechanic in the service department at Findlay Doge condemned the motor due to all the little pieces of metal that could still be in the motor from the failed main bearings and crank. I am objecting to placing new parts in a motor that had a complete failure and there has not been an explanation why the motor failed. I have attached a copy of page *** which is part of the contract.

Customer had over people in a room which is against our occupancy guidelines Customer was never given the ok to have a party in the room When asked to pay the fee for her extra guest customer refused which led to her being asked to leave the property After refusing to leave police had to be called to escort her off property

Yes my father has dimension and I have power of attorney over himLast month March 30th I called this company and asked them to cancel his extended warranty, they was quit rudeTelling me that he has to have it and its not that easy to cancel, so I stop payment on his account, even though I told them he was suffering from *** they contacted him again and got his new card number and took out of his account on April 13th

As you already know *** *** is denying charges at our hotel (Candlewood Suites, *** Mo). Below you will see why our hotel or corporate office will not be refunding *** ***.*** ***n signed up for our IHG Rewards program, which assigns her own personal login and
password. *** *** reservation was made through our website; requiring her to enter her personal login and password.*** *** has spoken to both of us at the hotel and our corporate office about the refund. *** was denied the refund by both parties due to the only way this reservation was made was with *** personal information.Also, this reservation was made through a non-cancelable/non -refundable rate. Guest chose this rate because it gives them an additional discount at time of booking. If the guest chooses this lower rate, they are notified of the policy that comes with it.We have our policies set in place for all guest and will not bend the rules for one. If we bend the rules for one we would have to bend them for all. This is something we will not do. All our guest will be treated fairly and the same.If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me any time Mon-Fri from 8am to 6pm

It is hard to describe this company as it appears they are acting as Talent Agents up front, but this is the description from their own website
"Hollywood Access, Incis an exclusive entertainment company with a three -fold purposeWe are in the business of developing talent, in the form of acting, modeling and singing classes, and marketing actors, models and singers to top Hollywood and New York Agents, Casting Directors, Entertainment Managers, and Producers and DirectorsHollywood Access, Incalso serves as a personal management company to a select group of talent including actors, models and singers."
This company hands out brochures at places like the Circus and *** on *** stating that shows on *** are looking for fresh new facesFirst two red flags*** does not work that way and a great company would not need to hand out cards like thatAfter they have you fill out your info they call you a few months later for an "audition" as they only take select fewYou spend over 2hrs in a small room with parents and children that are getting uncomfortable and tired since you arrive at 6:30pm, fill out papers, sit in a room with a music video until a partner comes in to give you their long drawn out explanation of who they areThe explanations draw you in with the expectation of your child being a "star"Then they show you check stubs and videos of some students that have booked commercials and small rolesThat is fantastic for themHowever, the time spent to "prove themselves" via check stubs and paperwork is gruelingThey state they have "connections" and "access" to top Hollywood Agents and Casting DirectorsThese big directors and agents come to their office once a monthHowever, what everyone does not know is that companies like these pay big bucks for those people to give seminars and workshopsYou don't have to have connectionsPlus directors and not allowed to hire you at those places and must return any headshots they see at the end of the sessionThen she spends a large amount of time discussing her daughter who is doing well in the industry and sang for Bill and Hillary ClintonGreatThis part is so drawn out you start to wonder about it
After this, (which is shortened for this review), they call the children in to a camera audition that includes 2-lines on some commercial productParents do not go in the camera roomEveryone will meet in the other office to discuss the next step and take all your forms including two pictures of your childThey have your child so excited that you as a parent want to do anything you can for themThey tell you they only take a select few so you need to call at a specified time in the morning with your child on the phone alsoThey will tell you if you made the cut and have you come back the next day for a 2nd auditionThey want your child on the phone to hear what is next and expected(Why would a child have to be on the phone? So they can get the child all excited again to push the parents emotions)
At that time you get the real way they make moneyA sheet with a price for their classes10, 20, and week sessions ranging in price from 1275-The kicker is that if you are chosen you must be ready to pay the money right then and there(Big Red Flag)Well the 2nd audition consists of your child reading again a line script and then another couple of lines with a specific emotionThey say they want to see how your child takes to couching and directionAfter that is done they yell "YEAH you are great and I want you"Your child is so excited and they almost look down on you if you question paying then and say your are skeptical and don't have faith in your childThat is so wrong to do in front of a parent and childThey do state "We don't work with a skeptical parent" but in a way that goes along with you don't believe in your childThey also give you a "scholarship" but have to whisper in the office so no one else hearsIf a scholarship is legit then why whisper
I must say the company is not doing anything illegalWell at least I don't think soThey say they do not guarantee work and they just offer training and opportunities to audition for casting directionsWell anyone can send in video auditionsHowever, the checks they show you are also made to Hollywood Access, plus there are videos of auditions on You Tube with children stating they are represented by Hollywood Access or Vision Entertainment which is their older company that was closedSo it appears they are towing the line in the legalities and making the majority of money on their trainingAgain they have some kids working but that is not where they make the money
Preying on the emotions of parents and children is disgraceful and expecting immediate payment the night they say they want you is a complete red flagNot many people can just come up with that kind of moneyHowever, if you do, they know they can make money on you
Other points to note is that the former company Visions Entertainment was closed and evicted from their former place of business(Can be seen on Clark County court website)After that was closed they opened it up under the new nameOne of the partners formerly worked for *** *** *** which has very bad reviews and scammed people out of money by one day closing their doors on one of their franchises in VirginiaMany people losing their moneyAfter that scandal the partner opened up Hollywood Access and it is being run the same way with the exact same statements used back in under the *** franchise
You will not find any bad reviews on this new company yetPlus they really don't lie but use a bait and switch sales tacticHowever, reviews on the above relationship can be found and the former business was closed and they were evictedWhen will that happen againIt is fine to have classes and send in audition tapes for clients but don't suck people in with these tacticsI was ready to do it full well knowing that it was classes (after a 2+ grueling hour presentation) but having to pay someone immediately or nothing and finding out all the other information was not very comfortingPlus children should NOT be in the decision making partThey are so excited to do it that a parent feels obligated to do it for their child even though you feel in the pit of your stomach it is wrongMy child is taking classes at a reputable place and is meeting with an Agent once the head shots are completedThat is all you need to doHer agent will send her to the same auditions just like Hollywood Access but it won't cost almost $3,The classes here don't offer anything better then other reputable acting classes and experience

Sends phishing style notices with Make and year of vehicle appearing to be associated with the "Vehicle Services Department" of your car's manufacturerBeing fair nowhere do they directly claim that they are with the manufacturer but it is a very official looking notice such that one wouldn't have to be a fool to think that they areMisleading/"Sleazy" advertising tactic in my opinion

Before checking into the Candlewood suites I talked to *** at the front desk he had no double bed rooms but was informed that he could give me two adjoining for the price of oneSeeing that they had no double bed rooms leftHe stated that the rooms were non smoking and that the hotel provided good high-speed internetI checked into the hotel for days within the first few hours of being there my two rooms smelled like an ash trayMy eight mouth pregnant wife could not handle the smoke smell that our rooms smelled so bad ofI brought this concern to the GM of the hotel several times, and the internet issues several timesAfter the third day do to the weather issues, and having no where else to goI asked the front desk worker (***) to extend our party more days from our current stayHe stated that it was added and he would make a note on the account to extend our stay and it would not be a problemAt our seven day mark we were told to get out"Our rooms were sold and we ha

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me as long as they follow through*** has just repeatedly ignored me and it has been months and there sure is a lot of construction going on around us over the past months and I am sure having to water my yard a lot due to the lack of rainthe excuse of rain does not cut it for me so please be here on or before July 7th as you statedalso wanted to add this does not take a whole crew just person as *** stated he was gonna do the repairs himself and I am pretty sure he is not helping build the decks just doing sales

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.*** *** Response to Business Response Below:I called *** either the checkout date or day after that*** told me they would only refund me for the days missed if the Hotel gave them the OK to do so. I told *** I also wanted a receipt from the hotel. They placed me on hold and called the hotel, then got back on the phone with me. *** was told that the hotel policy was no refunds for checking out early, and that they would not give me a receipt. Again, this IS NOT what I was told when I checked out early from the hotel. They said I had to contact the 3rd party - ***. Again, my ISSUE is the hotel was not honest at all, or did not know how they work in regards to their 3rd party bookings. They assumed I knew everything with how they treated me - arrogant attitude of theirs. They should have said, "I am sorry sir. Our policy is no refunds for early checkouts." But they placed the "blame" for their policy onto the 3rd party - ***. Like *** was the criminal here - it was ***'s policy that is to blame. And they still have that arrogant attitude. To Revdex.com. I have issued complaints about this whole 3rd party payment to hotels and how corrupt it is - as it leads to finger pointing as is with my case - onto my state and fed reps. I don't know what Revdex.com can do in terms of bad policy when it comes to consumer affairs with businesses, but this 3rd party payment to hotels leaves guests at a terrible disadvantage
