Ordered free cbd oil with paying shipping $6.95 of tryCannativaRX.com then billed $89.92 month later & wont refund. billing under ketoslimketonow
ordered trycannativarx.com cbd oil for $6.95 on 1/21/20. then on 2/14/20 was charged $89.92. received email with order confirmation on 1/21/20 from [email protected]. no other emails stating additional charges or trial info. charges on my credit card are listed at ketoslimketonow for $6.95 on 1/21/20 with a telephone number of 866-891-3590, then at ketoslimketototowa nj for $89.92 on 2/14/20 no telephone number listed. when I called the number listed with the $6.95 charge they didnt see the $89.92 charge but did cancel the subscription that I didnt know I had. cancellation #DXXXXXXXXB. I was confused as to what the $89.92 charge even was since I didnt order anything from Keto so I called to dispute through my credit card. then I also emailed the care@trycannativarx to ask if they charged me the $89.92 and they said yes and also cancelled my subscription that I didnt realize I had and told me to call #888-818-7305 to get a refund. which I did call them but they only wanted to refund half ($45) instead of the full amount of $89.92 and would not let me speak with a supervisor or give me the corporate address to send a complaint. so as of today I have not agreed to the half refund. will have to do a 3way call with credit card company, *** and myself to try to get a full refund. but credit card company said the prior complaints like mine have not received any refunds. would appreciate any help the Revdex.com can do. Thank you

want a full refund of the $89.92. if they want me to mail back the CBD oil then I will, but I do not want it for that price.

When you order on our website you must agree to the terms and conditions which state that after 14 days + 3 days of shipping you will be charged for the CannaTivaRX CBD Oil, if you do not call to cancel and return the products.

Your trial started when you ordered the products on 01/21/2020 which you paid shipping and handling fees of $6.95. Your trial ended on 02/13/2020, in which we didn't receive any call from you thus, your account has been kept active.

We have cancelled your account through our Customer Service Support on 03/11/2020. Rest assured, the account is cancelled and you wont receive any further shipments.

We have also received a chargeback case on 03/12/2020. We may be able to refund once the dispute has been confirmed witdrawn by your bank. It can still take 60-75 days for the dispute to be closed and the funds returned.

Only when this happens can we process a refund. Since the dispute itself has already refunded you, we suggest you to await your bank's advise instead of going through the lengthy process of withdrawal and dispute finalization.

I thought I was getting a free trial and just paying shipping but after the free trial, I have been billed $240.00.
I have diabetic neuropathy in my feet and chronic back pain. I ordered a free trial order of CBD oil and a bottle of CBD gummies, hoping to relieve some pain. On 01/10/20 and 01/09/20 I was charged the shipping charges of $6.97 and $6.95 and received the samples about 3 weeks later. On 01/27/20 I was charged $89.92, and again on 02/03/20. I called the phone number that was on my bank statement (866 -891-3590), and spoke to a customer service rep named Marcus. He told me that the "free .sample" was for me to try for 7 days and respond how I liked it. After several minutes of conversation, he said he would send me a refund of $120. I asked why it wasn't for $178 and was told I had to pay for the two products I received. Well I wasn't happy but that was better than no refund. And he said he would cancel any further orders. Well, today 02/16/20, another charge of $60.00 was on my account and again I have received no products since the "free" one.. I called back and got Marcus again who told me no, that was a refund...I said I know the difference between a deposit and a withdrawal. He told me to call my bank. Then told me that it would take about 3 days for any of the transactions to go through my bank because I paid with a debit card. I tried to find an email account but the one on the bottle ([email protected])got me no where. I have no order number either. I told the rep. that he should be ashamed for being a crook and stealing money from people, and with Alex Trebek as a spokesman. I was so very angry. I am hoping to get some resolution with you.

Return my money and stop charging me.

We have cancelled the account through contacting our Customer Service Support on (02/18/2020) and refunded you back $60.00 for each of the products.

Rest assured, the account is cancelled and you wont receive any further shipments.

Since we do not normally do this, as a ONE TIME COURTESY, we went ahead and process additional refund of $29.73 and $29.92.

Please allow 5-10 business days depending on your bank's processing time for the credit to reflect back to your account.

As of today, I have been charged $179.65 and refunded $60.00 and $29.73 for a total of $89.73. They still owe me $89.92. I will be satisfied when I have been fully reimbursed.

The last activity from the business (Cannativa)was on 02/18/20, they returned $60.00 and on 02/20/20, they returned $29.73. There has been no more activity or correspondence from them. They asked for more time and that my bank (US Bank) is slow to process refunds. So I must still this business still owes me $89.92. Thank you.

I was not satisfies with the company's response, as the promised to refund my money, but only refunded half of the amount they promised. I waited to see if they would do anything more, but they have not.

They did not refund the whole amount of $179.46. I received a payment of $60.00 on 02/18 and a payment of 21.27 on 02/20. I have not received any other payment from them.

Went for a free sample and got a monthly charge of $140 until I called and complained. Fraudulent company.

This company advertised a trial size sample of a pain relief product. It included a free sample of a second product for a handling fee. No indication was ever presented that indicated that the company would send me anything more without my permission. They have automatically billed me for refills of the two products which I do not want. As the result, I have had to cancel my credit card in order to preclude further recurring charges by this shady operation.
