[redacted] insurance provided a new windshield at no cost to the customer.repairs do not always work, but we try our best Glass is fragile and cracks and chips can spread into long cracks

I thought this customer said in his last email that his bank DID confirm that the gap was refunded?? My offer is to refund the customer the cost of the alarm.? I'm very sorry if that doesn't suffice

Used vehicles don't necessarily come with two keys.? If the customer who previously owns the vehicle doesn't provide a second key, then we don't provide one.? Secondly, the car was purchased on November 12, and the temporary registration from the dealership is good for days (February 12).? DMV is notoriously slow, and the paperwork is in process.? I was promised 4-weeksThe company did not meet there end of the agreement and took longer and unacceptable time framePlus I was told it was put in the mail on 12-and was going to be delivered 12-? The check was mailed to the customer on 12/7.? We will not be giving the customer an additional $because he changed his mind on an extended service contract.? The reimbursement was within a reasonable time frame

I'll deal with these one at a time:1.? refund of $was mailed to the customer's address on 7/14.? That's the price of the etching plus tax.2.? $warranty refund check was sent 7/18.? This is a third party company and generally takes 4-weeks for processing.? It states that clearly on the paperwork that the customer signed.3.? All the customer has to do is call me and I'll explain everything and why it takes time for these things to happen.? All this does is make it seem that we are not cooperating, and I can show time stamped proof that everything I have said is the truth.? I consider this closed and will only talk with the customer face to face from this point forward

I will not, however, guarantee that you are approved for a loan.? Banks have specific criterion that they use to approve loans, and each case is different.? On January 31, North County Kia received a request for cancellation of Warranty from [redacted] , and the reason that was indicated in Ms [redacted] ’s handwriting was “refi”. When a vehicle is refinanced, gap insurance cannot be transferred from one lender to another. That is why the gap insurance was cancelled.We can provide a copy of the request for cancellation if necessary.Thanks, [redacted] General ManagerNorth County Kia
