I am rejecting this response because: I made the complaint BEFORE I was refunded! Perhaps you didn't receive the complaint from the Revdex.com until after I was refunded, but I certainly had NOT complained afterI did contact the carrier and they told me that only a shipping label was printed but never shippedIf you had indeed had it shipped, you would have had a tracking number letting me know where it was but you never proved that-only a tracking number to tell me you printed the shipping labelI contacted the carrier directly and they had NOTHINGI hope YOU do the right thing and quit ripping people off! It's not how a real business runsYou have had far too many complaints where people never received their items and request a refund, to act like a legitimate business

We have looked into this order We see that the first order was fullfilled and deliverd (please see attachments) To our knowledge the order was in fact complete If there were missing items in the order why was another order placed a couple weeks laterWe cancelled the second order and refunded itHowever we are not refunding the first order, we will address and chargeback issues with the creditor/bank Had this issue been handled differently by the consumer things could have went a whole lot smooother Calling us "scam " fraud " etcin a cut and paste form on social media will cause us to ban you from our site and WILL NO BE TOLERATEDAs stated we will address any chargebacks with the creditor

I am rejecting this response because: after several emails back and forth with this company stating they apologized for the mix up and would place item in mail that day I feel a refund should be issued at the very least since they lied on several occasionsWe ordered this item on October the 5th and didn't receive it until November 12th as a result of a mistake on the company side as stated in sevarl emailsWe did read that shipping was delayed but the note does not state that shipping is a month in a half long or we would not have ordered this item in the first place because in October there are no immediate upcoming holidays and we never expected to have to go through such Loop holes just to receive a package we ordered more than a month out

I read the response from Capital City Boutique and I am accepting my refund of $but I am not accepting their apology or half apology. I believe this company does fraudulent things. I never ever received a letter from Capital City Boutique and I did not only try to communicate through facebook. I tried emailing the company 2x as well and if they would list a phone # for contact then this could have all been solved. I believe it's funny that they told me they wrote me a letter and don't use facebook to communicate. If that's the case then why would they thank me for using their site and send me the tracking information through facebook. Also why wouldn't they have emailed me that there was an error in shipments. The reason is because it was all false. Thank you for contacting the company and getting me my refund. I would never recommend Capital City Boutique to anyone. Thank you, *** ***

I am rejecting this response because: I made the second order days from the first order with every confidence my first order would be filledUnfortunately, it wasn'tI contacted the company via email and Facebook message times between Dec and today and until I posted on their Facebook page and Instagram, I received no responseI didn't get my first order in total, they said they would look into it and never respondedIf the social media comments were not erased and people blocked, it would be obvious the amount of people in my same positionI need a refund for the items never received from the first order - they have it marked as shipped and it never wasThis is a scam
