Apologies about your order but your order shows delivered . I've attached the image of delivery confirmation .

We have looked into this order . We see that the first order was fullfilled and deliverd (please see attachments)  To our knowledge the order was in fact complete . If there were missing items in the order why was another order placed a couple weeks later. We cancelled the second order and...

refunded it. However we are not refunding the first order, we will address and chargeback issues with the creditor/bank .  Had this issue been handled differently by the consumer things could have went a whole lot smooother . Calling us "scam " fraud " etc. in a cut and paste form on social media will cause us to ban you from our site and WILL NO BE TOLERATED. As stated we will address any chargebacks with the creditor.

This order has been refunded . We attempted to email the email on file . The black is out of stock , obtains more is unavailable . Thanks .  Also there is no way fur us to change the process come . You forgot to add the 50% off code .

I am rejecting this response because: I asked them to not send the package and they sent it anyways. I want a refund provided and then I will send the box back. It hasn't even been opened because I rejected wanting you to send it at this point. As many issues as I have had with you all, I am not returning the merchandise until I get a refund because you all have practiced bad and sketchy business since the beginning of this transaction. As soon as the money is refunded, I will send your package back that day. If you don't have it, within 10 days from refund then you can charge my account again.

Both item from order were received Friday,  December 22, 2017. Please close my case agsinst Cap City and thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter.V/r

I am rejecting this response because: I made the complaint BEFORE  I was refunded! Perhaps you didn't receive the complaint from the Revdex.com until after I was refunded, but I certainly had NOT complained after. I did contact the carrier and they told me that only a shipping label was printed but never shipped. If you had indeed had it shipped, you would have had a tracking number letting me know where it was but you never proved that-only a tracking number to tell me you printed the shipping label. I contacted the carrier directly and they had NOTHING. I hope YOU do the right thing and quit ripping people off! It's not how a real business runs. You have had far too many complaints where people never received their items and request a refund, to act like a legitimate business.

I am rejecting this response because: an email was never sent to me concerning this issue. Furthermore, I have sent plenty of correspondence asking for a refund and that I no longer want to have the items or do business with a company who cannot respond to clients unless a Revdex.com complaint is filed. Please refund my $89.97 amount and do not send the clothing. I ordered it almost 2 months ago. I am no longer interested in doing business with you all. I just want my refund.

to leave this issue open until my refund is actually received. If the company had ever e-mailed me to tell me that the black peacoats were out of stock I would have GLADLY chosen another color. I wanted the coat. My daughter absolutely fell in love with it and is disappointed that she won't get one. I would have taken another color. Also, I added the code to the order and e-mailed on 10/27 (the same day I placed the order) to question why it didn't go through. You would think they could have told me that I "forgot" to add the code and processed my order a 2nd time with the correct code added. Instead they ignored my e-mails, they deleted polite comments made on facebook, blocked me from their page, and basically did everything in their power NOT to contact me until I filed this claim. I find it hard to believe that they are just today discovering that they are out of stock of the black peacoat. It's my belief that they never intended on sending it to me. Also, they use the service Shopify for payments. I was able to contact shopify to inquire about partial refunds. Shopify told me that they absolutely allow partial refunds. So if they ever truly had the coat they COULD have done a partial refund. This company is lying to cover up the scamming.
