We had to have our roof replaced because of storm damage this year I worked with J [redacted] from Capital Construction LLC (Burnsville, MN) From start to finish the process was without issue He worked with my insurance adjuster and, once approved for replacement, we selected the style and type of shingles we could use The roofers completed the job in one dayThey cleaned up the area to make it as they weren't even there, except for a new roof I want to thank them to an outstanding job

Our existing, hail damaged cedar shake roof was removed at 3pm on a Thursday, Capital's highly efficient crew swept in and we had a new, beautiful cedar roof by the end of the day on Friday! We were amazed at the organization and consideration the workers showed to our yard in the process, our garden was immaculately cleaned of any debris and the yard looked spotless after the work was completed

Hello, I am sorry to hear you are unhappy with the current situation. I am not sure this warrants a Revdex.com complaint as we already had a time setup to get a punch-list with you before you even made the complaint. Items 1-have already been addressed and completed. Since you guys
didn't want to tear off the existing siding, we had to install the new siding on top of the old. Therefore, we didn't have a flat surface to nail to, thereby creating some wavinessWe laid foam over the top of the old siding to straighten it out as much as possible. Item number is a non issue since the gutters on the garage never had screens on themWe have the before pictures from the job to show they never existed. The insurance company also has record that they never existed. I again apologize for you being unhappy, but wish you could have waited to file a complaint, especially since we already had an appointment setup to come by and make a punch-list. I believe we have taken responsibility from day one and have been very patient since less than one third of the balance has been paid for work completed. Thanks you

After hearing other's experiences in replacing their roof I was more than a bit skeptical in dealing w/ a contractor to replace our roof After completing the process I can say that I am more than relieved that we chose to work with John and Capital Construction Even after a hiccup on the end of our insurance company, Capital was courteous and patient Their quality of work was above par and timely
