I had a very bad experience with another contractor before I signed up with Capital Construction I opened a claim for hail damage on my windows in October of and my insurance company approved the claim immediately, no trouble with them at all but after almost a year the other contractor hadn't done any work yet I met a few of the guys from Capital construction by chance one day when they were working in my neighborhoodThey were very professional and they really looked like they had their act together, so I signed on with themI was really amazed how quickly they got to workThey had their paperwork into the insurance company within a matter of days (it took the other contractor months) A week later my windows were measured and orderedweeks later the windows were installed, complete, DONE! and it takes weeks for the new windows to be built at the factory! Capital even got my insurance company to come back and look at the roof and just like that, they agreed pay to fix that too!It was December so Capital told me they would have to wait until spring to put the new roof onOnce we hit the 1st degree day in the spring it was only about days later when I got a call from Capital saying it was time to put the new roof onThey came days later and the new roof was done in one dayI was amazed at how easy it was and how quickly the work was completedI had $50,of work done and I didn't have to do hardly anything except pay my deductibleCapital handled all the communications with my insurance company and the checks just started coming in the mailAll work was completed promptly and professionallyMy project manager, John was always easy to get a hold of and very responsive to my needsI felt very comfortable throughout the entire process and I would recommend Capital Construction to EVERYONE

We had Capital Construction replace our cedar shake rook and screened in porch due to hail damage. After meeting with John and Andy, I felt very confident that we made the right choice in contractor to handle our insurance claim and make the needed repairs. John and Andy came to our home and walked us through each step of the process and were always available when we had questions. They handled all of the issues with our insurance company and made things easy for us. The work quality was excellent and completed in a timely fashion. Cole, as the Sr. Project Manager always made us feel as though we were his only customer. I highly recommend Capital Construction.

As we have previously discussed, the small wave on the front of your home is from having an existing layer of siding underneath.  This was addressed before any work even started.  You chose not to pay to have the siding removed.  As for the invoice, one has been provided to you. Thanks,

Great company to do work on one's home. I had shingles replaced and some damaged windows replace. They kept me informed of the timing of product delivery and installation schedules, followed up to see if work was performed satisfactorily (it was). Highly recommend these guys.

We chose Capital Construction to do repair work on our home after we were hit with 2 hailstorms in one day in June 2015. Everyone at Capital was great to work with and were great a communicating at all times regarding scheduling roofers, gutter installation and window installation. We have full confidence in them and we highly recommend Capital Construction!

We had our shingles replaced in the spring of 2015 due to hail damage from the previous summer. John from Capital Construction walked us through every step of the way; letting us know who to contact, when the guys would be at our house for the actual work, and following up after the work was completed. The roofers were courteous and quick, completing the project in just one day. We were so pleased with the process and the work that we are having them look at our rental property too.

I am rejecting this response because: We reject the business’ response because the siding, especially on the front of our house near the front door and the picture window have NOT been satisfactorily repaired.  Capital Construction came to our house on Thursday, Jan. 18 to repair the siding as well as complete the other items reported on our original Revdex.com complaint.  They satisfactorily attached the electrical mounting block, repaired the loose siding, and replaced the short pieces of siding on the west side of the house.  After consulting our paperwork, we concede our garage gutter screen request, as we were remiss in reading our original contract.After Capital Construction completed our project, we contacted our insurance company, the City of Eagan, and our mortgage company to schedule inspections.  We made a verbal agreement with our project manager in October of 2017 to hold off on further payment until inspections were completed, and the siding was fixed to our satisfaction.Thus far, we have had one inspection.  The City of Eagan came to our house on Friday, Jan. 26.  After viewing our property, the inspector was not satisfied with a number of issues with our siding.  The City of Eagan will be contacting Capital Construction with a complete list of needed repairs. We are ready and willing to pay for services rendered once all of the inspections and the subsequent repairs are completed.   We asked for a detailed invoice for the entire project including the roof, siding, gutters, garage door, and interior ceiling.  We have yet to receive this.  We expect that invoice to be emailed or sent by post by Monday, Feb. 5.  We believe this gives Capital Construction sufficient time to prepare these materials.

Worked with Derek and Cole. They are both very nice and courteous. Capital Construction worked with our insurance company and handled all the paperwork for us. We had our roof shingled due to hail damage in fall of 2016.

Capital Construction put a new roof on my house and did a wonderful job. This was new to me, but Bryce, the project manager, walked me through all the steps and made it so easy. I had roof damage due to storms last summer so my insurance company covered the costs and I paid my deductible of $2500. The project was managed perfectly from start to finish and Bryce did an excellent job of keeping me informed on all things related to this project from costs to timing and dealing with my insurance company. He is professional, smart, and knows his way around these projects. I would definitely hire them again. Well done!

We had a wonderful experience replacing our cedar shake roof with Capital Constuction. Andy & Cole were professional, had vast knowledge on cedar shake roofs and keep our budget in mind. We love our new roof and would recommend Capital Construction to anyone looking for a new roof.

I recently had my house roofed by Capital Construction. They replaced my roof, all new vents and two new sky lights. They gave me a quote on the spot, submitted my claim and worked with my insurance company directly and let me know what my maximum out of pocket would be. My out of pocket actually ended up being less. They were on time, very professional, and done in one day. Nothing but good things to say about them. I've had a few roofs done in my life time and never had neighbors (yes plural) say how nice my roof looked. They use great products and excellent service. I highly recommend their Company.

We had to have our roof replaced because of storm damage this year. I worked with J[redacted] from Capital Construction LLC (Burnsville, MN). From start to finish the process was without issue. He worked with my insurance adjuster and, once approved for replacement, we selected the style and type of shingles we could use. The roofers completed the job in one day. They cleaned up the area to make it as they weren't even there, except for a new roof. I want to thank them to an outstanding job.

Capital Construction replaced our roof and more after hail storms during the summer of 2015. In addition to being personable, polite, accountable, and thorough, the workmanship on all elements of our repairs was awesome. After many difficult experiences with other contractors and construction companies, we finally have a trusted company that we will happily call for our future needs.

We had our roof replaced on our home and garage in the fall of 2016. Andy was receptive to our requests, worked around our schedules and got the job done on time with quality work. There were a couple of small issues that were quickly addressed after the job was complete. Very satisfied!
