I received settlement offer from this company for three payments of $468.56

All payments were processed directly from my bank and received by capital management services.

One year later I received documents from the original creditor stating no payment nor settlement was paid. Therefore I contacted capital management services for them t tell me they never received any payment.

I just need to know where is my money!

I have been receiving calls from Capital Management Services for approximately 2 years regarding 2 pay day loans they say I owe money to ***. I've informed them that I've never taken out loans with *** and I do not even know who *** is. I've asked them for specific dollar amounts, the dates of these loans and for them to send me copies of paperwork with my signature; but they will never validate any information. All they have done is threaten to take me to court and garnish my wages. The workers are extremely rude and argumentative. They do not try to resolve any issues or provide concrete proof of the debt they say I owe.

This company had an officer contact me and advise they were trying to serve me. I contacted them and requested information in regards to my case and continuously hung up on me. My father is a lawyer and was asking me questions (such as my court date that I was informed that I had) and they would not provide me with any of that information. They eventually blocked my number although they told me that if I didn't pay $1000 for a car that was let go over 4 years ago that I would go to jail for a bench warrant.

This company called my business number & left a generic message about being a debt collection agency; no specifics were given, not even who they were trying to contact. After calling them back & speaking with 3 people, the last one, Wayne S, finally asked if I was a person from a particular city. I said no on both counts. He then said, “oh, well these things happen.” I told him it would be nice to hear someone apologize for their mistake, like saying, “I’m sorry.” After moments of quiet on his end, I figured no apology was forthcoming, so I hung up. If you are going to cause consternation & worry for the people you’re calling & make a mistake, apologize. That’s good business & good people skills. Smh.

Calling for me at work. I have no idea who Capital Management Services is, but they called and asked for me at work. This is a violation of my rights. As far as I know, I don't owe anybody any money, but even if I did they are not allowed to call me at work. They left the name of Sara K with a reference #***.

At around 9:17 this morning I got called by a "William G." He called from ***. He identified himself as being from "Capital Management Services L.P." after I asked. I asked him to take my name and number off their list. I found out through "***" that they potential fraudsters and scammers. See this URL for example ***. As a victim of identity theft, I am now cautious when contacted by anyone via the telephone. Apart from student loans which are in deferment and credit cards which are all current. I do not owe anyone any monies
whatsoever. So if this was an attempt to collect a debt it was illegitimate. I did leave a
message for them at their website. Asking them not to contact me. I also sent them a fax at 9:38 am at ***. I have
confirmation of it.

I have received multiple calls for years from this debt collection service (most recently from the number 877-211-5276). Each time they are looking for ***. Every time I have identified myself and stated that they need to remove my number and not contact me again. This has not worked, and they keep calling.

This company calls on a daily basis, rude and direct middle age man implies I have a Debt issue that he is collecting for a collection company. I won't deny I have bills, but I have nothing PAST DUE. This is becoming harassment on a daily basis, I have BLOCKED the caller , but the calls just continue daily!

This company keeps calling me, my relatives and my husband.
They are saying I owe a balance on a debt. This loan was paid off two years ago.
When I ask for paperwork verifying that I owe this money they either harass me or hang up.

Company trying to collect a debt past statue of limitations. Requested details on collections and they don’t provide. Keep sending threatening letters. They are trying to get me to pay any amount so statue of limitations clock restarts.

Capital Management Services appears to be a Collection Agency for Bank Of America. A letter was given that included cease and desist from contacting me. However, CAPITAL MANAGEMENT SERVICES contacted someone close to my family which I feel is breaking the collection laws. I specifically said that any harassment won't be tolerated and the letter was in detail. The family member they contacted has a record of them calling asking for me and now they will be possible court actions if this happens again. They will also be documented recording of them calling any family member. According to the fair debt collection act A collections agency can be sued for ignoring cease and desist laws. The CFPB should also be notified if such laws are ignored. I also want to warn anyone who is contacted by these people to report any and all possible harassment behavior. If they call your Friends or family members illegally take they to court.

This company is calling and asking for an Antonio ***. I have already told them that they have the wrong number and they still call. They stop and then call a month or two months later. Please help.

I received a letter from this company dated December 4, 2018. It said I had 30 days to dispute a debt. I am writing to dispute this debt. I also received a call to my work. This must stop immediately.

They're contacting me at work and on my work cell phone. My company, *** in Columbus Ohio does NOT allow this. I could get fired. I have sent them a cease and desist letter by certified mail.

Company repeatedly contacted me with threats
of reporting non-payments to the credit bureaus
on a loan I co-signed for my grandson who is still
in college and the loan originator has said they
have no record of payments due or delinquent
as the deferral program is still in place on this loan.

This company has fraudulently accesses my loan
Info and are now using threatening tactics trying to
get payments and money from me improperly.

I have spoken directly to the loan originator, and
they are also investigating this company.

received a missed call from them on July 6; my caller id identified the company name and nature of business. Waited a few days and received no dun notice in mail so I sent them a fax and follow up email requesting to know what this is about. I still have not received anything from them.

This morning I called Capital Management Services to make a payment arrangement. I spoke with Kathy ***. I called in to make a payment arrangement concerning a debt. I told her that I have been very ill for the past year, and not working at the present moment. I told her that I could only make a small payment at this time. She asked me very personal questions and violated my privacy. Also, she asked me if I could borrow the money from someone. She proceeded to ask me if my mother could lend me the money, who is elderly and currently retired. She continued to ask me if there was anyone else that I could borrow the money from. She asked why I am not working. I told her previously in conversation im ill. She kept refusing my offer and continued to negotiate different amounts. I told her the amount I could pay and was trying to make a payment arrangement to take care of this matter. She continued to refuse my offer. She then would go on and ask when I thought I could come up with the amount that she said I should pay. When struggling with an illness, I dont need to be burdened with any unnecessary stress. I got very upset and told her im contacting Revdex.com. I tried to set up a payment arrangement with her.

Capital Management Services, Inc. keeps sending me collection letters of a loan for I did not acquire.

It is a fraudulent account open in my name and Social Security number. I did not even know it existed until you started sending me notices about this.

No matter how many times I have written them and explained this to them I don't hear anything back just another collection notice.

This company cold called me, said I owe an $10000 debt, and asked for my social security number.
They alarmed me concerning the issue of identity theft and /or an outright scam.

My autoload was transferred to the company. From day one they started scamming some late fees, admin fees and such.

Every month I have to call to state that my loan is on autodraft, have been on autodraft and have not ever incurred any fees. Then I have to go through some iterations of conversations, possibly a manager and eventually they mention that there was an issue in there system and everything is down to zero balance, sorry for the mistake etc. etc.

Sometimes they try to push it as some fee that was handed over from the previous loan company and play it that way, even though there was never any fees on my account(s). Always been on autodraft....

Next month the same issue occurs they start calling, sometimes I ignore the call since may payment has been made and im quite busy as a consultant billing time. Then eventually we reach a point here I notice the "late" fees have skyrocketed to some ridiculous amount after which I call them again and we go through the same song and dance until they waive things.
